Wake up and smell the coffee! That’s not moaning and groaning! People on here have only wanted to hear Scardey’s positive spin all year…look at the likes! People need to get real, because I guarantee that they will save the business….that is a foregone conclusion….but it will be at urs, mine snd everyone else’s expense! Let’s see who is right! Scardey….mr everything is rosey despite us being very near bankruptcy! People want hope….but need a reality check! Expect nothing and then everything else it a bonus!

When we delist, this chat function will go too. So while I can, I say a heartfelt and genuine wish for the very best of luck to all shareholders. I know many haven’t liked what I’ve said this year, but I’ve been the closest to be right, regarding my concerns. We won’t get anything anywhere near worth the 30p prior to suspension, but may get something in two or three years time if everything goes to plan. Which most of the time it doesn’t. Be hopeful but get real too. Hope 2023 - 2027 is better for us all.

Sorry Scardey but I disagree. Jeffries has screwed us all while doing very nicely himself. Jeffries had no option to go back to being an innovator and salesman as he’s run the company into the ground! No sign of this before suspension, but then “bang,” one way road to bankruptcy!

Jeffries has a huge amount to answer for and if he had any decency, he’d make a public statement and support the company to avoid bankruptcy by using some of his small fortune to help out!

Why get £30 mil into debt when u can screw the shareholders snd get new investors on board probably for more money and no debt. These practises should be illegal.

Also, if Veative are in affect taking over Dev, where is their investment in the company. How can the joint venture only have cash of £200k! Surely Veative have a cash flow! This is manipulation at its finest….but who is getting rich out of it? Not even a chance provided to get out with something. Unreal.

What I don’t understand is why Jeffries entered this deal! Clearly it was a bad move. If veative wanted us, buy us out and pay shareholders a fair price even if it was below 30p. The accounts weren’t looking too bad back in Dec 2021. It’s like they went into a voluntary suspension, with the view to burn through cash and then go private. It feels like the intention was to do this all along. It’s wrong….fundamentally wrong.

When there is an opportunity to sell these shares, by my calculations we’ll be lucky to get 1.3 to 1.8p! Watch this space!

Alan Duff has removed every mention of Dev from his Twitter account. Corrupt and immoral people but it seems these are the ones who make the money and karma seems to avoid them! Still in shock but not surprised. Chris Jeffries has a lot to answer for….burning through cash, doing this deal and losing his own job! What a T. W. A. T.!

There is a reason why the word “bargain” is used in Bargain Trading Facility! If you’re expecting to half of what you think back, you’ll be very disappointed.

Bollo x….not a word they’re written in that RNS can be believed! I’m amazed that anyone is holding onto anything from that RNS! The money is gone…..and if it does relist, it won’t for at least 5 years plus! I’ve been saying for at least 6 months my concerns here and the fact that the Jan relist wudnt happen, I got mostly abuse as people only want to hear good things about their investment, not the reality. My shares at one point were worth £146,000 and now they are worth ZERO….but I’m pleased that some here are still holding onto the words that the board are looking out for shareholder interest! What a joke! Wake up and smell the coffee people!

If they state relisting in early 2022 and the delist completely a year later….the joining of an exchange in the future can be taken with a huge pinch of salt. The money is gone! Genuinely gutted….looks like I’m stuck with the battered fiesta for a few years and time to stop looking at the range rovers! Not sure how I’m actually going to be able to go into work today. Devastated is an understatement! I’m numb!

Knew we wudnt relist by the end of Jan! We’ve been ******* e d! £97,000 locked in and unlikely to be seen again. Which is an unbelievable amount of money for me! Genuinely devastated! I literally have no words! Merry Christmas everyone! Knew something was very very wrong here!

Just my opinion but the HUGE drop in ASLR doesn’t bode well for DEV. ASLR has a significant holding in DEV snd this drop has come from nowhere!

It was always higher in SP than DEV and was at 75p around the time DEV was 46p. This is a real worry for me. Something isn’t right here!!

They have a habit of moving their own deadlines! They’ve said they were looking forward to relisting in Early 2022 as they were at an advanced stage with preparing the prospectus….dropped the ball with the Aldebaron contract and then said relist by the end of Jan 2023! I’m sceptical of that deadline too! Can’t believe the drop today…unless someone knows something we don’t, which wudbt surprise me!
