Under normal circumstances I would say it is too early for a major to take out Pantheon but with the recently generated data and likely upgrades and the current market cap I think it is highly likely we will see a bid. As for what price it would take to succeed not so sure. Significantly above todays price anything £1 or less would be stealing in my humble opinion

Tomorrow is the last before they go ex dividend for the April dividend payment. I do like shares with a quarterly dividend as it is never too long until the next one. They have just increased the dividend by 10% from .5p pence to .55 pence. Given the recent royalty partner deals and out look for the company I see an increasing dividend going forward and a significantly higher share price
