I have no doubt whatsoever about the accounts they are audited and values of assets are visible to market prices or backed by recent fund raising rounds.
If we apply a 50 times sales multiple to Tek assets the share price would be £'s.
Microsalt is prime example of a rapidly increasing business with new products and new contracts likely soon

Microsalt values $6.8mbased on recent funding from Spanish venture fund Spanish
Lucyd 17.3m which is half the mid point of ipo proposed listing
Guident 18m based on recent external fuding

So all of the above is $59m
Accounts are audited
Looks massively undervalued to me given recent salt dispenser for Microsalt and recent Guident news

Turnover y/e 31.12 .21 37m loss 75.9m so valued at 50x sales
Compare these numbers to Microsalt and Lucyd and where does that leave us. Microsalt turnover in January 22 $125k in one month plus a bulk order afterwards. 12x $125k= 1.5m x50= $75m Microsalt value $9m hey ho we can all play with numbers all day long

Apologies back to TEk I am still very much of the view that Microsalt is perfect product at the right time. Many companies will need to use it and stock it to meet their requirements to reduce sodium.

For any one interested Frontier IP AGC favourite stock that is invincible and has quality shareholdings that mean it values up at NAV. One of its major assets Exscentia is currently down 14.4% in the US. Just saying like

What is remarkable is using am annual turnover figure for Microsalt to gauge a valuation when the figures were for a single month. They then picked a bulk order from Mexico and now salt is good to go in dispensers. These are basic child like errors

It really is no wonder you are not capable of seeing the value in TEK when you make such basic errors.

In January 2022 reported 125k sales in one month not annual sales

Tbh I would much sooner TEK spend the money advertising and developing Salarius Salt Me Chips Lucyd Glasses and Guident rather than expensive PR. If these businesses get to £1b turnover per company share price will take care of itself.

FWIW I do have 100% faith in CEO they are building multi $b companies. Raising money is tough at the moment 5% more shares makes no difference in the grand scheme of what we have here

It is Circa 5% more shares in issue to hold on to our interest in 4 companies which the directors believe will turn over $1b each. In the grand scheme of things you have to look at the big picture. I suspect the shares currently available will evaporate very quickly

Asset value hasn't slipped so it is just a reflection of traders v investors. For some one buying on a longer term then you are buying shares with assets currently value at 50% higher. Cheap

I am fairly relaxed around timing of Lucyd IPO they are clearly growing at pace. Key to TEK at this point of time is the fact that we are valued at a huge discount to asset value. I suspect we will see a very significant re-rate post results which should be due in the next few weeks

Trident are consistent with their target returns of greater than 15% another deal here at 20% rate of return .Many deals so far point to significantly above this level. You also need to consider commodity prices are currently above those numbers being used by the broker. All goodness in my view
