Run the compounding model on 8 or 9% yield dividends reinvested. Then take account of the above e.g

£10m Royalty settled after 5 years with an equity interest:-
£1.35m per annum Royalty x 5 plus potential for 6% per annum increase x5
£2m exit fee
Say £3m Equity profit
Rinse and repeat
Year 6
£15m to lend
£2.025m per annum income
etc etc
£2.025m per annum
Bare in mind they pay 8-9% imagine where it goes based on the above with pretty much fixed costs.

I've looked at the accounts in Duke's portfolio and not sure what you are reading and what you are basing your comments on.

The filed data is always a long way behind and often ignores the fact that these business's have subsequently added other assets with Duke's funding. 5 out of 5 increasing Royalty payments does not correspond with your analysis.

Regards High risk Duke's due diligence has proven to be reliable.

Underlying issue is most don't understand Duke the compounding affect is stunning, wait until we see business's sold and Duke get their 20% premium and profit on equity stakes. Duke's lending criteria and due diligence is solid and stood up through covid. 8% yield broker note has solid strong numbers going forward

During the period Tekcapital plc issued new ordinary shares with a total value of US$2,530,364. During the period US$1,391,661 was received in cash and US$1,138,703 included in debtors as at 31 May 2022.

All of these fell because the didn't have a clearly defined dividend policy and exit strategy its obviously Tossonomics the common factor

loadsof I'm not going to sit here and list companies that have halved but Trackwise designs is an example, as is Gfinity etc etc there are loadsof. The market share price is a value fact does that mean that's what its worth or what it is going to be worth. that is why we invest.

Name me some early stage tech companies with future dividend re-distribution/exit strategy and then show me they are not near to year to date lows?
