When the market cotton's on to the value of Microsalt share price will be multiple of the current price

Given that current NAV is acknowledged to be in the mid 40's and I suspect higher with Microsalt "on fire" likely to be way higher than current perceived NAV. Certainly makes current share price look hugely undervalued

I guess your a trader Microsalt is going to absolutely huge why take pennies when you can make a fortune

They only raised £2m I suspect a fair chunk of that will have already been recycled. Current share price movement isn't even the tip of the Iceberg. Watch what happens when the salt shaker is fully launched you will struggle to buy TEK then in my view

Given the comments last night somewhere along the line we need to start to think about valuations for Microsalt. Currently in the books at circa $3m from memory. So Microsalt is on fire right product right time etc and Salt shaker with a potential near term launch the home run product. Looking at the sheer size of the market future valuations of £100m looks on the very low side to me and it could be 10 times that and some. Each £100m valuation is worth circa 70p per share to TEK.
We mustn't forget Belluscura, Lucyd and Guident either.
I wont' be selling mine any time soon Microsalt is going to be worth telephone numbers on its own

As a keen baseball fan the comment about the Salt shaker being a home run and that they had knocked it out of the park says it all. Lots of interest from food majors. Might be a rush to get in tomorrow

We will be looking back in a years time and thinking the whole thing was valued at £35m by which point I suspect several of the 4 holdings will each be worth more than £35m

Belluscura moving ahead nicely today. Still has huge potential to add significantly from here which has very positive implications for TEK

New product range looks great

Looking at TEK twitter the whole portfolio is going at a pace. Shares won't be down at these levels for long. Current NAV is significantly above share price. That said NAV probably needs revising upwards significantly for what is happening at Microsalt and Guident

Markets are failing to value many companies correctly in my opinion. Cliff shouting from roof tops the individual companies are certainly shouting especially Microsalt and TEK are active on Twitter. spending money on marketing of TEK the company at this time is probably a waste of time. Keep developing these great products the share price will catch up very quickly as the penny drops

They are no where near there are they? If Microsalt is going to be worth $1b it's not there when its valued at $4m in the accounts. what they are doing is pieces of small dilution to move the assets forward in leaps and bounds. By the time Microsalt has launched the Salt shaker bolted on a few more thousand stores and taken some more bulk orders it will ready to float probably in a $50m-$100m space. I truly hope TEK hold on to as big a percentage as they can as Microsalt will be worth a telephone number in a couple of years

The recent placing funds our incredibly rapidly expanding businesses if they have what I believe they have the circa 5% dilution will make little or no difference. Big picture is the have several $billion turnover companies in my view v the total market cap of £32m happy to wait and count my "chips" later

Following on from yesterdays update I really think we need to start examining the scale of Microsalt and Saltme. Points to note:-

Currently we are in just over 3000 stores with Salteme chps in the US this expanding rapidly from our perspective but the scale of further expansion is huge. Then we have the ability for the same products to be placed all over the world.

Saltme then has the potential to expand the produt range to Peanuts Popcorn Crackers to name but a few.

Then we come on to the salt shaker think of every restaurant i the world but also every household.

We then have the scope for Microsalt to be used by every snack food manufacturer and potentially other food producers beyond.

This truly is a product that has the largest scale I have seen in a long while.

Currently in TEK accounts at circa $4m this is clearly worth multiple of. The coming months ae going to be fascinating but I see Microsalt/Saltme being worth multiples of the current market Cap .

Microsalt is clearly expanding at a rapid rate and it looks like it is only going to gain pace from here with more bulk direct salt orders to follow, MicroSalt(R) salt-shakers for food service, restaurants and retail sale to roll out near term and expansion around the world. I still expect to see expanded products add to the Salt me range with Peanuts, Popcorn etc likely.
Carrying value circa $4m in TEK accounts it might need another naught on the end

Agreed placing has worked out well in the end companies are expanding rapidly and are funded which is a great place to be in this market.

Markets are not applying logical valuations to stocks at this time. I am sure people are selling to fund losses elsewhere the whole market is simply not tradeable at this time. For investors it is very different purchasing at 20p or less with a 12-24m view current price is 100% undervalued happy to hold and add as funds permit. I still have a view Microsalt will be worth more than current market cap by end of the year.

Great news for Belluscura and for TEK market just keep ignoring good news madness in my view. I think Belluscura will be worth more than current market cap by end of the year

Fairly easy to see Microsalt is expanding rapidly it isn't hard to track. Now is the time to be investing rather than waiting
