To be blunt if your basing your valuation on communication you perhaps more akin to Trussonomics. TEK have communicated regards each of their companies excellently over the last 12 months. More the difficulty is that most folk cannot work out a value for stock its more which way the trade is blowing.

Each to their own I am sure you will do very well. You clearly were happy to buy at higher prices but not happy to buy at lower prices due to communication. Odd me things but all the best

CM I agree that they will be valued higher hence conservative noted in the forecasts. I guess we will se over the next 12 months or so. All I would say is what an opportunity that you can pick stock up at 18p or less

Current share price is not really a function of the company more a function of the market. Weak/forced sellers and traders ultimately controlling/affecting the share price. Fortunately this doesn't affect the underlying value or future value for those able to see the wood for the trees.
As for clear exit strategy name me any business with a clear exit strategy in this market or any other market for that mater. We have 5 business with massive upside and potential the exit strategy will be sell those for much higher than the current market cap. It really is that simple at the moment. If/when the company does this and in a normal market share price will be a lot higher.

The challenge is to forward value the following at 31st December 2023
1) Guident monitoring business
2) Guident Shock absorber business
3) Microsalt
4) Lucyd
5) Belluscura

I will go for the following conservative values to TEK at 31.12.23:-
1) $40m
2) $15m
3) $25m
4) $20m
5) $40m
Total $140m current market cap say $30m

LL It is impossible to pick the bottom and the top. Regularly investing smoothing out the fluctuations is the safest way to go.

LL It is only expensive if you trading so long as TEK and its portfolio deliver what I believe they have current markets wont make any difference. Things can change very quickly. The biggest issue markets are currently full of traders rather than investors value will win out in the end

The market disagrees at this time that doesn't make it right. One nay argue its just a huge opportunity. The numbers crunched earlier were based on TEK's last accounts valuations for Microsalt and Guident in my world the values for both are way higher.
The market gives zero credit for progress these businesses have made. Still happy to be adding down here as funds allow

In my opinion Microsalt and Guident will each be worth more than the current market cap in the near term

Yes Tiv £27m or $30m all figures were quoted in $ @ $1.1 v £1

Based on $2.60 close for Lucy and 52- close for Belluscura this equates to $23.22m of our $30.03 market cap valuing Guident and Microsalt combined at $6.81m. I would happily take these 2 business off TEK hands for $6.81 m
Last broker note had these 2 valued at $25.3m. Points to 30p share price all day long. Happy to keep adding at gift prices

We had very material news from Lucyd last week. Just a matter of time on the others buying while they are down here is the way to go. Once the big pieces of news break this won't be down here

Lucy share price could go anywhere tomorrow. It is massively undervalued wouldn't be surprised to see it go on another run.

The big question is how on earth did Lucyd get to such a crazy low price still less than half of float price

There are many potential buyers for Lucyd at this price its worth way more for their IP , contracts and store placements. Personally I hope we dont get a bid yet as its got so much to come with new products Vryb etc

Based on Lucyd at $3.16 and Belluscura at 53p anyone buying at this time are getting Microsalt and Guident for a song, with news due on many fronts exciting times in spite of the underlying markets value will win through

Given Lucyd move TEK should be mid 20's all day long

Thinking about this being old news regards Microsalt I actually think this is good news as I would imagine we are even closer to winning one or several of those large contracts. I have a view that once one manufacture signs many will follow
