Is Lucyd debt not to TEK, it isn't a serviceable loan Similar with the other companies?

TEK is affected by the underlying UK turmoil which in some ways is inevitable. What needs to be considered is that the majority of the turnover for each of the companies will be in US dollars as they are in the US in the short-medium term.

Microsalt and Guident have the potential to be valued at telephone numbers why on earth would anyone want an exit and a relatively small dividend and let someone else claim the big prize after we have done all the hard work. Same goes for Belluscura we are a fraction of the way on their journey next 12 to 18 months will see a significant ramp up in share price. Lucyd is a better investment than the market is currently realising

With Microsalt valued at $7m at Guident valued at $18m Tek has an awful lot of growing room. You do get the impression that significant contract news is imminent. From the recent interview Microsalt appeared to have some significant milestones to come pre float. All of which is likely to lead to a market cap of Microsalt significantly above current $7m. I have Microsalt as a keeper and would hope we hold on to all our shares for a very large exit price in a few years

Excellent presentation a real excitement would be if we could get Guident and Microsalt to present IMHO

I get some were in earlier at a low price but the volume of sells to date has been way more than those holders.
Time will tell but I think Lucyd will surprise many to the upside.

Lucyd share price drop is somewhat odd the shares were placed at $7.50 whay anyone would sell at $3 orless makes no sense. I get the buying may have been to get the warrants but the warrants are only in the money at over $8, at which point there is a strong argument that current $3 is cheap v the warrants.

Interesting timing regards the presentation to set another LSE interview up for 6th September one would assume they have something new to talk about

We have had a series of interviews highlighting ongoing talks reviews late stage negotiations with major food manufacturers. Given the current world stance on lower sodium which is likely to become compulsory in the near term in my opinion, it gives us an incredible chance of conversion. Once one goes many will follow. This coupled with multiple new potential products, Salted nuts crackers popcorn etc. TekCapital is a must have investment

Share price is Circa 50% below NAV before you start putting realistic valuations on Microsalt and Guident. This will rerate upwards very soon

Classic case of many under researched investors not knowing what todays news means to TEK. We are fairly close to Lucy and Bell supporting the current Market cap. Which means Microsalt Guident and Shock absorber business are valued close to zero.
