I can't see where Gyrometric tech is being used in existing wind turbines other than a test turbine (as per their website). The latest accounts (2019) don't reveal much.
There are now several thousand wind turbines across the UK. Am I expected to believe this product had great potential but isn't actually used in any working wind turbines at present?
Disclaimer: I only have a few grand invested here and don't wish to ramp/deramp.

Does this mean that SNG inhaled interfon worked in the open trial, but on a random basis with lots of different outcomes.
By tightening the trial to triple blind I assume the French want to pin down exactly in what scenarios the drug is most effective.
Hopefully a Pharma expert will shortly be along to provide comment and/or correct me. :-)

Mr Dilly was previously a successful CEO and special adviser for Aimmune Theraputics, who are now 84% owned by Nestle Health (as of 13th Oct 2020).
Mr Dilly's been at Sierra for seven months and I suspect is in the final stages of reshaping the company.
Sierra SP has fluctuated a little and volume is up recently, suggesting something could be happening.

The most likely reason for patents lapsing during opposition is that the fee hasn't been paid. However that is not the only reason and it does appear the Sareum fee was paid this year.
The rules state ", the display of lapse information is restricted by Rule 143.1(p) EPC"
Pure speculation (by me!) could be that some Brexit loophole has been triggered by NO, LT and IS. It's been nine months since we left the EU which is exactly the time frame for opposition to the grant of a patent .
As I understand it a small panel of EPC judges rule on lapses.
Hopefully someone with better knowledge of the EU patent system will be along to correct me shortly :-)
