I like ya synopsis of the state of play. Did you see what looked like a buy of a 1,000,000 shares stamped on the 4th Nov? - that's confidence!!
Half a million for set aside "PRIMARILY for working capital" could mean we'll see a small addition to the portfolio - perhaps a couple of hundred thousand into a new venture?
"Our portfolio also includes SRA737, a selective, orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of Checkpoint kinase 1 (Chk1), an emerging target for the treatment of cancer which has a key role in the DNA Damage Response (DDR). In November 2020, we entered into an amendment to the License Agreement with CRT Pioneer Fund (CPF) to allow for the potential future clinical development of SRA737. We continue to evaluate the optimal development plan for SRA737 in solid tumors and may initiate new trials for SRA737 in 2022."
Mate, Porky's a ramper - plain and simple. Having milked a profit from the 50p+ buyers he's running to the hills. Meanwhile our two biggest investors (one of whom is an industry expert) have demonstrated support, a sensible rationale for Valirx's future and belief in Suzy Dilly. I've been very critical of Porky modus operandi and his excuses don't wash with me. Good riddance to the bacon slicer.
RE: So the wife came home today and said..2 Nov 2021 21:21
Ha! I got asked that, so I said "you know how it is dear, good days and bad days" She knew and replied "it was a bad day then" To make matters worse she stuck a few grand in Lloyd's and they've made her 8% recently. What a boring share though!
RE: More buys than sells yet again…2 Nov 2021 17:14
Still holding OB, portfolio looks like a hammer hit it today!! I'm encouraged by Rhubarbs analysis and Suzy doing a quick Q&A. US private equity is a bit left field for VAL but I get the rationale. Suzy wants to pursue a new way of doing business and I'm fully behind that strategy.
Loving the sarcasm Westcountrybo!! However, you need to fit in a few more choice statements like "55p by Friday", "Bull Run", "FOMO", "L2 is flying", "Zak Mir said....." etc. Then you can join this board's piggy cult :-)
Unfortunately Scott it's a byproduct of success and/or failure. You want proper vitriolic posting, try SYME or NNN - virtually unreadable at times. Anyway, welcome to SAR - your timing is perfect :-)
Not everyone likes the Great Rindless One's modus operandi. Are we not supposed to be well in excess of 75p (or even 55p) by now, according to the ham-fisted guru?
Perhaps the £54 Pork Chop could return to the NCYT board, I'm sure they'll have a "welcome back" barbecue ready for him.
Sounds like you've been here longer than me Day trade!! What about Dennis Edmonds, do you think he'll drive this forward, or will he be another "jam tomorrow" type?
RE: Information for Potential Investors - Part Three24 Oct 2021 12:42
These risks are inherent in all investments.
The balance of probability is that Suzy will deliver a deal at some point, certainly our biggest investor appears to believe that and has added to his holding.
However, another of our big investors has taken some profits this week.
So who is right and who is wrong?
The answer is neither of them, it's all about your own personal "attitude to risk".
