Cenkos would have raised the cash ages ago, albeit at the expense of shareholders. At least we'd be going into clinic and not trying to deal with a "partner" who has no funding.

I'd rather have a very short stop date.

SAR had an open ended agreement with Sierra Oncology (licence for SRA737). Sierra have failed to get funding to put SRA737 into the clinic for years, despite excellent combination data.

Personally I'd rather we dump TheormRX and negotiate with a pharma who has the cash in the bank. We've got decent data and a pipeline of opportunities, so why hang about waiting?

Let's find a partner who wants to progress VAL201 and have an ongoing working relationship with Valirx. 

If it means a couple of a million fundraise to keep going, then so be it.

Investors sell for all sorts of reasons - better opportunities, tax bills, big purchases, derisking, retirement - the list is endless.

No investor is under any obligation to tell you anything, unless it's a regulatory disclosure.

Don't trust any investor, big or small, we've all made mistakes.

You're actually worse than Porky, at least the Pink One researched Valirx before posting his rampy diatribes.

Your investment decisions seem to be based solely on crying about an investor selling a few shares. Wow, do investors actually buy and sell - who'd have thought it?

Grow a pair of b***s, do some research and trust your own judgement.

In my opinion you'll need to hold for at least 18-24 months to see Suzy's strategy develop.

Otherwise, get your quick fix somewhere else.

But even with a generous 5% range gain, that is still a very modest benefit relative to the cost of manufacture, installation and any replacement (wear/accident damage).

If the regenerative shock technology is so good why hasn't any test data appeared yet?

I'm not so sure about regenerative shocks.

"Range anxiety" with EV's will become a thing of the past, the next generation Tesla batteries will have a 600 mile range (approx). The additional range from the shocks seems very modest when compared to the cost of manufacture and installation vs actual real world benefit, but I could be wrong!!

That said, I think Guident have some valuable patents and an innovative business model.

The inventor of the patent you linked (Masahiro Sono****a) is a professor at the Institute of Genetic Medicine at Hokkaido University. He is also named on other patents in the kinase inhibitor field, which could be one of the reasons why the University chose Valirx.

I've topped up today, on the basis that;

a) this is the second evaluation of Suzy's new strategy.
b) she's now demonstrated global reach, to both the USA and Japan.
c) I think this evaluation agreement is a little taster before the VAL201 main event.
d) that highly regarded universities and scientists want to work with Valirx.

I've been reading the BC201 patent details (Thanks Balooo) and was struck by the number of examples (20) and claims made (30+), it's almost like a sales pitch. Would this be normal procedure when submitting a patent?

There is also a new patent agent, Bandpay and Greuter, who are based in France. The inventor is Mark Eccleston, whom I guess is the director of Oncolytika:

Drug development, patent lawyers and applications are expensive. Oncolytika only had £173,000 in cash and Black Cat Bio made a loss (accounts year end 2020). They must have used more capital (during 2021) developing BC201.

A licensing deal must be the next step (assuming the patent is granted), of which Valirx will be entitled to 40%.

Suzy was elected to the steering committee as well, so I'm hoping for good news from BC201 - but, as ever, patience is needed.

I'd would hazard a guess that the ill-informed and under-researched are selling shares. Indeed, just a few hours prior to a presentation by our Chief Scientific Officer, to a European Scientific working group, about the potency of SNG001.
