I discussed the Lucyd offering with my youngest daughter (20) . She considered that the price point was quite expensive (for her age group) and that Lucyd would benefit from being allied to a major sunglasses brand, similar to the Beats and Apple relationship.

The BOD at RMS couldn't run a bath, nevermind a slick ad campaign.

Getting ready for an IPO, maybe?

They're not too expensive.
I have to work in an office for approx 1 hour 30 minutes each day before going out on calls.
I wash my hands, sanitise and use about one mask a week (7 hrs) . They are extremely comfortable, neither have I had a cold, Covid or any other infection this year.
I can't wait for the 5ply version and will be ordering more.
The problems with this company are poor marketing/branding and lack of manufacturing capacity - both could be solved with better leadership.
Nano tech is here to stay.

Took a smallish punt on RMS at 2p, however they seem to be turning the corner, albeit very slowly!!

The RNS states

Could this relate to Belluscura via a licensing deal?

Besides, there are millions of middle class Indian families who could comfortably afford the RMS mask.

No detail on numbers but getting off the mark quickly with orders is a good sign.

15p makes us a half a billion MCAP, as near as dammit.
I'm struggling to forsee that price, even on the basis of an Agile inclusion.
Obviously the pedigree of the molecules is fabulous, but as yet unproven.
If we get onto Agile I'd hopefully take some profit at 10p and get more into Val (who seem to have partners sniffing about too) and free ride the rest in SAR.

I realise people have lost money here, but it's an absolutely fascinating company to be invested in.

The RNS this morning clearly states what is happening
"We are currently reviewing all our options and will provide an update at the earliest opportunity."
Could be days, weeks or even longer.

If the Belluscura IPO is a success TEK will have demonstrated proof of concept - University IP to market (with an FDA clearance) .
Plus we've three other innovative products to float, cash in the bank, a special dividend and the AGM on Friday with hopefully some idea of future plans.
I really like this share, buying more today.

Firstly, I don't quite understand how you know who is purchasing the placing shares?

Secondly, from my research I believe lithium brine extraction is traditionally done by evaporation. Given the advent of rapid lithium brine extraction systems, why would the Bolivians do a JV with CLON as opposed to a partner with access to a more technically advanced solution?

I can't see any information on the CLON website, or in the RNS, as to how they intend to extract the lithium.

Given that there will be big hitters in Bolivia with money to invest, how do CLON hope to gain a slice of the pie with a mere 3 million MCAP?

I realise CLON have a prior relationship with the Bolivian Government but is this really going to matter if big investors get interested?
