Hi, Chomsky, what is your view of their potential from an investment point of view? I have £15k or so at the moment as well as CTP, MXCP and PINN , the idea being to spread the risk while understanding that from time to time each may be individually more attractive but believing that all have strong, integrated and linked management and their overall prospects are good on a medium-term view.

Are investors beginning to wake up to the potential of CSI given its management links to MXCP ? I have been in for a few weeks now and the signs are good for another CTP - style company, probably even better given the fact there are so few shares in circulation compared to CTP.

I have stayed well clear of the recent insults and sweeping statements on the board and have focussed on why I am invested here. I believe in the management, I believe that future investments will be beneficial and I see a bright future for MXCP. I am pleased that others in a better position than me are also investors, be they wealthy individuals or investment fund managers. I am well in profit and have no reason to sell. I have no idea what will happen to the share price in the short term but on a one to two year basis I am comfortable with my investment and will certainly not sell just because prices, especially on AIM, sometimes move up or down sharply. I cannot predict when or why which is why I am an investor rather than a trader.

Anyone got any ideas? Is there a link between the rise here and the falls in MXCP and CTP? I am in both and am planning to stay and am only in PINN because of the MXCP investment. Strange.

Apologies, my last post was meant for the PINN board but it sort of makes sense here too!

I wonder why the rise today? Money being switched from CTP or MXCP? I have plenty of both and am not planning to sell - the MXCP investment is why I am in PINN. I am also in CSI for similar reasons and it is up well today unlike CTP and MXCP!

I am confident there is a clear contrast between the lack of reported news and the planning and negotiations taking place behind the scenes as the MXCP team develop their investment plans. Happy to wait for news.

I am happy to be invested here waiting for the first RNS which will reflect the restructured company's investment objectives. Very quiet at the moment and that is fine - there is no rush and I imagine there are plenty of serious PIs in the same situation.

So have I, I am only invested because of the MXCP link and I am happy to wait for their plans to unfold. No hurry but I am confident I will see a good return - about 3% so far in a couple of months!

I have played the waiting game here for a couple of months since MXCP got involved and today is perhaps the start of the return on my investment. As a private equity firm with presumably wealthy clients I do not think Livingbridge would have almost doubled their clients' stake without feeling pretty confident that something is about to happen.

Couldn't agree more, Chomsky, we have a very focussed and experienced management team running MXCP, a slim-line Merchant Bank whose avowed plan is to invest in start-ups or shells in whose management they have confidence, usually because they have long-standing professional links with at least some of them. They know exactly what they are doing, hence the reason for the growing success of their investments. I think we both see, as do others, CSI as a CTP with bells and whistles and, if it develops in the same way, CSI will reward its PI investors as well as its major backers, none of whom are renowned for throwing good money after bad. The next few months will be very interesting and I am particularly please that none of the MXCP stable of companies is attractive to day traders. We are gradually building up the number of small investors who see the potential and the very limited number of shares not controlled by the management team will eventually squeeze the price up and when they announce their first acquisition.........!

Any signs we see suggest this is not a 'Get rich quick' strategy but a carefully-controlled attempt by highly-experienced and clear-sighted professionals to build something special by exploiting a very important and growing niche market which may well be expanding from social housing into healthcare. Any integrated solution, which saves clients money and makes their lives less stressful and easier to manage, has the potential to grow very quickly. The 'one size fits all' indifference and lack of personal involvement which characterises the major players like Capita is no longer acceptable and tailored personal solutions are clearly the future. What I have no clear idea about is how the acquired companies in the 'stable' will fit together but I bet Ian Smith and his colleagues do. We have a focussed merchant bank in MXCP investing in all sorts of companies which are or will be linked together in an effective and mutually-supportive network - I can see no reason why the end result cannot be at least as successful as Redcentric. CTP, which is perhaps where most of us started this story, has also acquired several companies of its own so there are tentacles everywhere.

I agree, Jmarth, Redcentric is exactly the sort of model I expect to see for CSI as MXCP structure their involvement. Just waiting to hear about Kestrel and then watch this space. The very small number of shares available for PIs is very promising and the price should fly on any positive RNS

Worth having a look at another example of MXCP's influence on a company which needed to be rescued and brought into the modern IT world. I have a reasonably small stake in it purely on the MXCP connection and this morning is the first promising sign of the turnaround.

What a change! PINN now comes across as much more focussed and professional with an impressive list of clients. I am comfortable this is the first stage in the restructuring of the company to reflect the significance of MXCP's investment in its turnaround and its confidence in its future.

First two trades this morning were mine and almost doubled my holding - very happy to have built up a good stake here over the last three weeks and pleased to have been able to buy almost £8K worth this morning at 32.40. I am now fairly equally split across CTP, MXCP and CSI and see different but complementary reasons for staying with all three. My immediate expectation is for CSI to move forward first but interlinked management, institutional backing and wealthy PI support, as well as as very exciting and focussed business models, make then all excellent companies in which to be invested. Jimarth, it is good to see you back, your posts in the early days of CTP and your logical reasons for moving to MXCP were Important to me so it is great to see you now championing CSI!

Good morning, everyone, it is good to 'see' familiar faces here who understand the background to companies like CSI and what is likely to happen in the coming weeks. Is anyone else also in the former basket case PINN which has announced this morning a new non-exec, Simon Duckworth, who is on the board of MXCP Capital and whose appointment to a company in which MXCP has invested is probably significant? I now have quite a big stake in CSI but have remained well invested in CTP and MXCP as well. There is so much crossover that I think it is prudent to have a good spread even if most of my attention at the moment is on CSI.

Very interesting that the new non-exec, Simon Duckworth, is a Board member of MXC Capital and has also been involved with Accumuli. Looks as though the management and governance is being altered in line with whatever plans MXCP have for PINN. I have been here for a couple of months and nothing has happened but I am confident there will be positive news soon which will lead to an increase in the share price.

A great vote of confidence, I will buy more today. What a positive signal to PIs and the market.
