An excellent statement, very positive but understated in the way it outlines the carefully devised acquisition strategy for 2016. The quiet confidence of the Chairman, based on years of experience and success in growing companies, is palpable and very reassuring. Should be a really positive year of growth.

As part of the purchase agreement for the takeover of C4L 18346918 new or 'consideration' shares were issued and, as today's RNS said that Matt Hawkins now holds more than 16000000 shares I assume that he received them as part of the takeover. Does this sound right?

C4L is the company acquired by CSI a couple of days ago and Matt Hawkins was its Chairman and Founder. He is now on the board of CSI but I am not sure if he was given the shares in CSI which were declared today or whether he has bought them. I will check later.

So who is Matthew Hawkins who has bought 8.64% of the company? I have tried searching but the top ones are dancers and actors and a cursory search on LinkedIn hasn't helped. I assume the MMs have held the price down and steadily accumulated - any thoughts?

Excellent posts today, particular thanks to Stoker and Jayfella72 for your informative views. I have been in here since before the spike, almost exclusively because of the irreversible move to Internet advertising and Peter Scott's involvement. Happy to wait on the sidelines, confident that the price will soon reflect the company's outstanding prospects.

Good summary, KUMS, thanks. All positive at the moment and the prospects for future growth and increasing profits are excellent. A great management, a proven business model and a clear vision are prerequisites for success and MXCP has both in spades.

Lots of buys today, I wonder why. I am confident in Sigma's business model which seems to be entirely in tune with what is happening in the housing market and am happy to wait quietly for positive news of progress.

I like the two late buys, good bargain-hunting or was the price dropped to allow someone in? In either case I remain a very strong holder. We are all in the eye of a storm which most of us have seen before many, many times. I used to worry and usually end up selling too low, now I rely on my research and top up when I can. It does not always work but it usually proves to be the right decision as the price edges back up. Great time to buy FTSE 100 companies which pay top dividends but on balance I am not going to sell smaller growth shares like BHRD to do so.

Agreed, InvestorMAN, everything looking good as we head towards the next RNS. Next few weeks should be very interesting.

What a confident RNS from a very focused and confident. I will keep what I have and seek to add as and when with an eye on the medium and longer-term return. Very impressive return on investment and great credit to the management team who know exactly what they are doing and have so far made excellent investment decisions. Wherever they invest I tend to follow.

Very shrewd business from MXCP - they have acquired a significant holding in a company which has potential at a price significantly lower than might have been excepted although, reading their RNS this morning, it is clear that they have paid what they believe to be a realistic price given the financial challenges being faced by PINN. I believed in PINN's potential before and it is now perhaps more likely to be realised although it is a shame if PIs have lost out as a result of Friday's fall. Now a long-term hold in my view.

Very little in the way of coverage or comment recently but, although the price has drifted a couple of pence, I remain very confident that the company is well positioned in a growth sector of the housing market and that as a result we should be able to look forward to a gradual increase in the share price during 2016.

It would appear that MXCP is now settling down after recent turmoil, the readmission of CSI etc at a level about 20% higher than a couple of months ago. I am happy to continue to hold in the expectation of further positive developments throughout 2016.

Good to have CSI back in business after the suspension and RTO. I am confident we are in at the start of a positive period of organic growth.
