With the share price under 50 pence it means more shares are being cancelled for the £2billion which is good if your a long term holder. Purchases under 45 pence is a steal.

Very little chance of sub 130 pence now. I’d be snapping more shares up at those prices.
However, with the strong run up maybe consolidate around 140 – 160 pence range until any further large contracts are made (just a matter of time).

Not a good strategy to sell all your shares if you are simply testing the market without any real information. Letting your emotions rule. Bad.

Maybe Tullow is being manipulated but doubt it will make a difference IF good news comes out, you only need to look at JO&G (missed out with hesitant finger at 220 pence) to see what a difference good news makes.
After selling half my holding at 56.54 pence I’ve bought them back plus another half again for 54.7 pence. Roll on some good news.
Ps. Harbour my fav share is truly being manipulated to keep it at 500 pence. See them increasing big time after Capital Reduction.

I was going to experiment over three months, however, it’s lasted less than a week and I’ve decided to take the 9% profit I’ve made on Darktrace selling at 436.65 pence. At times Lloyds was ahead just to constantly fall back. Lloyds is a mere 0.0026 pence higher than when I sold.
Whilst I thought about buying back into Lloyds I have decided to hold this 20% of my portfolio in cash for any further falls in the market and the US drop of 900 points may allow that on Tuesday although not sure Darktrace will drop as still like their prospects and expect further good news.

Hope no one was conned into buying this morning.

Revenue only rose 8.5% in 2021 from 2020 and its pretax loss increased.

Its a minow.

I’m back in as well though not a great price of 398 pence considering the past few days.
Thinking is that MM’s may have filled up and buying pressure is mounting. Sold all my Lloyds so we’ll see which shares are going to outperform in the next 3 months.

Anyone who constantly looks at PoO to make an investment decision doesn’t know a lot about investing. Daily fluctuations are not important. However, with some PIs using it maybe an idea using for day trading.

Ukraine didn’t start the WAR and still is a formidable opponent. Russia can stop the WAR by simply going home. Why is it beholden on Ukraine to give in and give up territory to Putler’s Nazi regime because he is acting the same as Hitler putting opponents in jail, beating them, suppressing free speech, then invading peaceful countries on a pretext to stop Russians being victimised.
Russia is the aggressor here and look at what happened when no one stood up to Hitler in the early days of his power grab.

Whoa dodged this drop by the skin of my teeth at 410 pence to see these drop further but 364 pence, really!

I suppose if staff do sell 25% that is whopping 21 million shares but seems a bit OTT. Supply, demand and Shorters. May be a good time to buy but I think the uncertainty of just how many shares are coming onto the market is the concern.

Any SP between 320-350 would be a steal IMO. Others may have the same thoughts which will keep the SP above a floor of 320 pence.

Can’t believe PIs are selling on what is still a mediocre rise. Not even double the low of 318 pence. Profit is profit but a rerate on oil shares is under way. Russian oil is going to be squeezed by the West which will need investment. So, companies like Petrofac will also be rising soon.
Yes, I have some plus Tullow and ramping :o)

The closing price is always the Uncrossed Trade, so, 514.60 pence and I believe all bank share dealing accounts will, after bouncing around after close, show this figure on your trading account close (mine does). Ignore all other sources.

This is used to eliminate accumulated losses which can prevent share buybacks and dividend payments when a company does not have enough distributable reserves. However, since already paying a dividend not sure on why this will still benefit but expect someone will know!

Shares will jump 10% minimum on Tolmount news. So, IMO 550 pence is imminent.

PIs complaining on this BB about should be in Tullow and on their BB complaining that Harbour is paying a dividend.
Be in both shares is the moral of the story!
