Deal was done some time ago - GH is to be new CFO at Newcrest. He has to divest Greatland holdings - all of them.
Newcrest are taking Greatland, in the main because Havieron is bigger than anyone realises, except those in the know.
Scally is massive too, perhaps bigger than Havieron.
Giles is looking good for a tier 2.
GH has to divest holdings in GGP, but not to worry, new grant of options will more than cover what might have been gained over the next 5 years.
If it's not Newcrest, it will be one of a number of vultures flying overhead.

I'm sorry Peoplepower, there is no evidence whatsoever (happy to be proved wrong) that any institution is even considering buying into Boo.
The linkage of bonuses to ESG targets is a red herring (directors will make 5 times or more those values regardless)
As for the Global supply chain.... think about that one my friend... don't kid yourself, and don't listen to the uneducated beef shot you read on this board!

why on earth would I seek to de-ramp this share in order to buy on the cheap?
Over the past year it is down, and will continue on that course.
I hold a position, and I shall be selling tomorrow, definitely at a loss.
Boo always had the potential, it will continue to make a great profit here and abroad for at least a couple of years.
But sadly the profits never improve the SP just the pockets of the Directors!
