Source 23rd April 2025: · One of Ethernity's royalty-based customers has successfully completed the initial deployment of several thousand units as stipulated in their agreement. As a result, the Company anticipates an overall increase in royalty payments during 2025 compared to 2024.

Source 13th March 2025: It is anticipated that the contract will be extended by an additional $290,000 to allocate dedicated development resources for additional functionalities beyond the original scope, with implementation planned over the next three months. Combined with the remaining $160,000 from the original contract, the additional $290,000 will bring the total anticipated collection to $450,000 in the near term. The Company anticipates further revenue from the Customer during H2 2025.

Source: 10th June 2025: The Company held pre-scheduled meetings with several leading PON vendors at the ANGA COM fibre access exhibition and conference in Cologne, Germany last week, and is pleased to report promising levels of interest in Ethernity's planned ASSP offering. Based on these discussions, the Directors of Ethernity believe this engagement could lead to near-term orders for the Company's existing integrated FPGA-based UEP solution.
