Completion of Creditor Settlement Payments
Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM: ENET.L; OTCMKTS: ENETF), a leading supplier of data processing and PON semiconductor technology for networking appliances, is pleased to announce the successful completion of all creditor payments under its previously approved settlement arrangement.
The court-appointed settlement manager has submitted a formal report to the court in Lod ("Court") confirming that Ethernity has fulfilled its obligations in full, completing all required payments to creditors in accordance with the settlement terms (the "Settlement Plan"). The Company now awaits formal confirmation from the Court that Ethernity is no longer operating under the Settlement Plan, which will mark the conclusion of the settlement process.
This milestone demonstrates the Company's commitment to financial discipline and operational stability. The Company continues to make progress with its commercial strategy, including its FPGA-based UEP solution for both the Wireless and PON markets, as well as the development of its planned ASIC business.
Nvidia aside, we have a host of big PON companies we may be talking to given the 10th June RNS.
Here's a more detailed look at some of the key players:
Huawei: A major player in the GPON market, offering a wide array of solutions.
Calix: Known for its PON solutions and focus on scalable network growth.
Nokia: A leader in telecommunications, with a strong presence in the PON market and embracing OpenPON.
Tellabs: A pioneer in PON technology with experience in both broadband PON and enterprise LAN applications.

The 10th June RNS stated leading PON Vendors
The Company held pre-scheduled meetings with several leading PON vendors at the ANGA COM fibre access exhibition and conference in Cologne, Germany last week, and is pleased to report promising levels of interest in Ethernity's planned ASSP offering. Based on these discussions, the Directors of Ethernity believe this engagement could lead to near-term orders for the Company's existing integrated FPGA-based UEP solution, and lead to longer term adoption of Ethernity's forthcoming ASSP once available.
The addition of PON functionality positions Ethernity to address a wide range of vertical markets, including:
· wireless backhaul, utilizing the Company's patented Layer-1 wireless link bonding technology;
· carrier ethernet switch/router applications; and
· remote and centralized PON OLT deployments.
Prescheduled meetings with LEADING PON vendors, with promising results and near term orders anticipated.
