1. further exits are very close and will be announced in the near future
2. the $15b book value given for ir is very conservative and is likely a heck of a lot higher
3. the nav given in the latest report of 2.05p, is based on the 2024 book value for ir of just $5b.
a very undervalued business which can rise 100% from here and it will then only be trading at the 2024 nav, which is much less than what the 2025 nav will be considering the infinite reality boom.
a few years ago this stock was trading over nav and if we assume the 2025 nav is around 3-3.5p because of ir then this can easily warrant 5p a share as a baseline right now.
there will be a many other ai unicorns in its stack too like gv and ir now and in the future, exits to come now.
comments on new director: she has developed strong relationships with corporates and investors across asia, europe, and north america. in addition to her media career, ms. li has served as a board director and non-executive director for several companies.
are we now seeing the investors buy in?
very exciting times ahead folks, at 2p or 3p a share this remains very undervalued as the mcap is peanuts.
