Long suffering shareholders have little option in this scenario, so attempting to gain some control isn't necessarily a bad idea.

I however believe it would come to nothing, there is no company to actually get hold of, it exists in no jurisdiction.

My advice would be to accept you have been conned and move on

When brokers have been pushed they have admitted any comms have come direct from Cloudtag.

Various brokers are telling shareholders they have received contact.

From what I can tell all of this contact is from a cloudtag email address, so therefore no third party still.

Anyone fancy setting up a paying agent company, we can charge only $1.8m undercutting the $2m in this case. Day 1 i'd call HL to confirm and therefore perform better than agents who have had what....4 months already?

Definitely not a fountain of wisdom you are right. But does that change whether i'm right on Cloudtag, not one jot. Like you I invested pre company delist.

Immediately after the delist do you know what Amit told shareholders? He said he could now be "more open with shareholders" as was no longer confined by the rules of being listed. What a huge porky that turned out to be.

My aim here is for people to realise and start coming to terms that they aren't going to get any payment from Cloudtag. I made this realisation years ago and lived far better for it.

What Amit is doing mentally to people is sick, the sooner the torture stops the better but unfortunately it only stops once everyone stops believing him.

It won't be an email from the agents. I've said this a million times many of the brokers have confirmed to shareholders they have reached out to cloudtag for an update. IF the agents were real Amit would have simply replied and given their details or CC'd them in.

The fact he didn't is deafening despite him being active on emails to shareholders.

So I believe we are now roughly 4 months into what was stated as a "5 week process" back in Q4 last year.

I thought when nothing came by xmas people would wake up

I thought surely by the end of Feb people would realise they've been had

I don't think when end of March comes everyone will wake up and realise, nor by the end of April.
