He told people the book closed in 2021, it wasn't and he continued to sell shares. Wouldn't surprise me if Chandra has been buying shares for quite some time either

MrCoffee I didn't sell. I bought in 2016 amidst Amit's rampings of we will fill the shelves this Christmas.

Therefore as you can see I have as much reason to be annoyed as other shareholders, only difference is my irritation is toward Amit and even moreso for the fact delisting wasn't good enough, he wants to extract even more money from shareholders and continued to sell well after the pre ipo farce.

Whatever this meeting is I have a prediction - Will Chandra be given absolute proof the agent/deal is real = NO. Will he come out singing rainbows and full of confidence = Probably. Will the Cloudtag saga therefore continue in a shroud of mist = Definitely.

Let's see how accurate that turns out to be.

Why should anyone care about Chandra standing up to Amit, it's irrelevant as won't help anyone get their investment back.

All he has done every year is continue to tell everyone how confident he is thus stopping people realising they have been conned and stringing it out further. Bet he's seen zero evidence any of this is real

So here we are, 25th March. Not one shareholder or broker has been contacted by anyone that we can verify other than Amit posing as the 'cloudtag action agent' of course.

People were saying "just wait a bit longer" back in 2022. If anyone really thinks it takes multiple years to close a deal like this you have no corporate experience at all.

Poeple thinking Amit or the agents are incompetent are just wishful thinking. There are no agents and Amit is drawing things out as long as he can.

Judging by the latest update it would seem Amit has run out of excuses now just praying people believe the waffle and can't think for themselves.

A good chance for those who supported him and called myself and others shorters/trolls to have a period of reflection.

No brokers have had contact, some seem like it but when pushed just say it's from shareholders calling up and they refer to the cloudtag website which as we know is full of cr4p

Avid Amit fans will lap that up and continue believing. Whenever pushed Amit likes to drop additional items into his update like this bank name knowing it will cause distraction and add some 'credibility'

Hubba and Helx are probably expecting more updates.

Amit's had everyone on for years, some just couldn't see it and still can't see it!
