Highly doubt it Spikey, if someone did receive a notification i'm sure the news would spread fairly quickly.

We are now almost at the mid point of August with zero notifications received, no payments made and also no further updates since July 31st "Notifications will commence today.".

It has been 8 working days since that update.

I think this is spot on - though if anyone is genuinely silly enough to be giving him more cash this year I think sadly they need some help.

Amit is definitely writing the updates, but not a chance in hell he'll do a video. The best you could get was that really lame one he did with his old wife talking about the onitor which is still on the site.

Today will be the 6th working day after notifications should have commenced. Anyone else think he's setting up the narrative to change paying agent due to their poor performance?

Normal trading range 1984 (it's normal for 5-10 20-35% drops during the bull run). I added £12k at $50.7k this morning so didn't quite catch the wick under $50k.

Plan is still the same, sell mid-late 2025 ;)

We aren't actually that far away from 1 year on from when he said the process would take 5 weeks

I have to wonder what this week will bring...

- A new update from Amit with yet another notification deadline?

- A new Twitter/X post from Chandra with some silly gif?

- Whispering refusing to admit this could be a total fraud?

- A new email from Tim talking about going legal?

- 1984 putting more champagne on ice?

I agree with Spikey, the way Amit purchased a new company and didn't seem to perform any legal process to transfer shares means it's all messy.

He may have issued new shares under the new company name but I bet loads of ppl out there are still holding the old ones

I presume precisely zero notifications have yet been received, despite the fact the global IT outage is now way in the past.

Other question is can you call an EGM legally for the company which he has moved jurisdictions so many times. I certainly hope so

Dougb re. what Tim is doing - all well and good but keep in mind there is likely no pot to draw from if Amit has spent all the cash on his own lifestyle. I don't believe for a second either deal exists nor any money exists let alone the paying agents

Antha I do agree with you for some it's a coping mechanism. But even so there has to be an eventual line in the sand before realisation sets in. Talking of that being in 2025 might seem ludicrous to some given where we are, but he can easily push out these contradicting updates left right and centre for the next 5 months.

He might even have more elaborate excuses up his sleeve. The whole paying agent rubbish has lasted from from what Nov 23 to now. Before that it was the daap announcement.

You fail to grasp (again and again) that Amit used the fake sale as a dangling carrot to cream more money of his biggest supporters who bought shares way after the also fake pre ipo. One day you will realise what's happened here, maybe not until 2025 or even longer.
