Tim this first step to ask Amit to produce audited accounts will not amount to anything. There are no accounts, no sale process as there's no buyer. All it will be is a huge waste of everyone's funds, better to go straight after him as a fraudster conning people into parting with their money.

BigRab no one will hear anything. The agents were made up by Amit to sell more shares to his longest blind followers who couldn't see it was a scam years ago. The fake email he used from J&J has now been posted on twitter, some invested thousands off the back of that!!

I think everyone now realises the 'agents' & 'notifications' were all made up. I'm almost certain Amit made them up to sell more shares

I would agree the total time is 8 months, though I suspect his loyal followers have forgotten that. They're too busy posting nonsense on twitter amid handing him new wads of cash

I'm surprised he hasn't updated to say the agents have been fired or pulled out. Maybe he was going to but can't because people predicted it in advance. I can't see where an excuse would go from here other than 'due to initiated legal action notifications have been stopped at the request of the company/regulator'.

They have stopped tweeting but I think they are complicit or amit used them to keep shareholders at even more of an arms length. The lot of them should feel total shame

Whispering, no this doesn't make me happy. What it does though is tell me you've begun to realise that Amit's narrative doesn't quite make sense and that perhaps him & his updates are not to be trusted. I don't know what circles you move in but if you care to speak to others you will find out that he did 100% sell shares last year and very likely did this year too. If you do learn this or consider it could be true, his continued lied and rubbish updates do make more sense.

Imagine if the larger shareholders here used their money to go after Amit instead of giving him more of it and just posting gif's on twitter...

I agree Dragon, Amit is indeed a sick individual not satisfied with scamming people once, twice, but as many times as he can because there's seemingly no recourse.

Unfortunately along the way he duped so many ppl, some of which still try to protect him to this day. Anyone defending him now or even this year should feel shame

@Conrad unfortunately there is no money, it's beyond obvious at this point it was all a scam which he continued to run way after delist.
