Gold price up again and SOLG is down. Better off just investing in gold

Given Cotter's plan of sending a letter which Amit won't reply to, followed by an EGM which Amit will ignore & won't attend. By the time it gets to a more serious legal process shareholders should understand where they stand if Amit has indeed left the country and transferred assets.

Gold & other gold mining stocks (such as GDX & GOEX) seem to have all outperformed SOLG.

Given the risk/reward ratio you would think SOLG should have outperformed instead.

There's a reason Amit isn't updating the website anymore, most likely trying to transfer all his assets if he hasn't done so already, which will leave very little to go after.

I bet those who gave him money this year feel really clever

Agree Soyo, sadly some people out there still believe there is cash somewhere, that agents are real and just had problems with the IT outage etc. It's blindingly obvious Amit made all of that up to get more cash
