I wouldn't be surprised if it is now out of date, but not aware of an update since.

A possibility, - but not a probability, is that Both DX companies are sold independently.

Possibly because more cash, or more interest can be seen for the individual company.

Not all interested parties will share the Avacta point of view concerning two companies in a group.

Just a thought.

If so that might mean different sale dates, and there would then be two opportunities to improve the sp IMO.

So the cash / shares decision is made every quarter. - I don't see that in any other communication.

I knew it's possible to pay either way, but didn't know the board made it's decision how to pay each quarter.

I just thought the old BoD just lumped the payment onto the shareholder in the form of

issuing yet more shares by default. - That's the way it is always been kinda thing.

"The tech is proven, so let's put some goodies in the shop window." - and develop them ASAP.

I'm glad someone else heard her say that, some think the last raise in Feb was for the next 18 months.

Has precision been successfully conjugated with any of the next generation highly toxic warheads in the lab?

CC: I need to be a little careful in answering that, because I don't want to create any IP issues.

We've not yet disclosed the full pipeline, but that's been a topic of intense work over the past year or so internally.

I’ve spoken about looking at more novel and more potent warheads publicly in the past, so that's not a secret. We've also recently updated the website and spoken just now in the presentation about how we see the shape of that pipeline developing with precision targeted cytotoxins, - like AVA6000, precision plus, - where the warhead could be an immune modulator for example, and precision antibody or Affimer drug conjugates.

Doxorubicin's not a particularly potent warhead.

AVA6000 - the reason we chose that was because it was the most advanced program in tufts university when we licensed the precision platform.

So it made a lot of sense to get that molecule, into the clinic and get human proof of concept as quickly as possible which we have now done.

So now that that's very clearly demonstrated, the simple answer is yes, we are working on more potent warheads and more novel drug modalities, and we're going to share the detail of that pipeline which to say again is a key value driver. We'll share that as soon as we've gathered enough data and got our IP filings in place."

CC needs cash to progress these 'surprises' as far as possible before BP loses patience and potentially offers start arriving for the technology and IP.

I'm sure BoD have some idea what the total value of Avcata is worth, but I think the idea will be to play one BP off against another to raise the offers.

From my PoV, (on balance) I don't think the next loan repayment will be in cash.

That means a short term period of sp stagnation / reduction, until repayment shares are sold off.

If I keep my shares, - many bought in 40 to 60p area, sp reduction will still mean they are in profit.

No wish to grab a profit and repurchase later, as I always get the buyback point wrong, short term charts or no charts.

So I'm sticking for higher sp later this month, when presumably news of any sort is closer.

Happy to wait for T/O offer acceptable to board to dictate sp. - Whenever that's going to be!.

4 SP has risen by a large amount recently and is due to rise further should positive 'business development opportunities' be announced, and / or Dx divestment be announced.

5 CC much more interested in providing shareholders with plans and information.

Bad news about the sp I agree, but knowing what we know now, I would have voted off the previous BoD and installed CC and SC in a heartbeat. 😊

I f they were having trouble buying, then we would be see gradual reduction below 0.81%.

Because we are not seeing that:

1 They aren't reducing

2 They're reducing but not notifying

3 They're out and have not notified

For me - 1 and 3 are less likely than 2

I have gone through the original AGM presentation as found on Dropbox.

I found it annoying that the transcript did not always reflect the words stated by CC, and found I was distracted by spelling mistakes and incorrect wording. CC mentions Udai Banerji, which is transcripted incorrectly etc.

I have identified the slide being discussed and placed a reference to it before CC discussed it.

I have colour coded the text so that I could tell at a glance which subject CC was discussing.

If it helps others make more sense of the valuable information CC imparted, that's great, but this is just my replacement of unacceptable transcript text. Please disregard if this is not the case.

The Q/A session remains unchanged, as does the AGM voting text.
