Having satisfied themselves of the validity of their models, they have designed the warheads and delivery mechanisms or modalities, using the database of 'multiple precision compounds' Avacta has developed.

The database is referred to by CC thus :

'We’ve built up this database that you (Francis Wilson) and Alan (?) describe, where we’ve made multiple precision compounds.'

On August 27, 2024, Brian Piekos, the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Elicio Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his intent to resign from his positions, effective September 6, 2024, to pursue another opportunity.

Mr. Piekos’ resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company's financial reporting or accounting policies, procedures, estimates or judgments.

The Company thanks Mr. Piekos for his service and wishes him well.

The Company has initiated a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.

The post is still vacant, but Piekos soon found other work at KalVista Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Perhaps this could make a suitable target for NASDAQ listing purposes.

AS is quoted as saying

This in a presentation dated 10.04 2024.

From the above, 'intense' work on the pipeline started in April 2023.

I think this length of time is why there are so many warheads to be unveiled on 30th October.

They've developed a database of compounds, essential to manufacture warheads.

Does anyone know whether Avacta have the capability to manufacture them, or is that capability with contractors, or within soon to be sold Dx?

Unconfirmed Response - Refers to a response which has been clearly measured in a first scan but the second scheduled scan, which would confirm it, has not yet taken place.

Q9 Has precision been successfully conjugated with any of the next generation highly toxic warheads in the lab?

A9 CC - I need to be a little careful in answering that, because I don't want to create any IP issues.

We've not yet disclosed the full pipeline, but that's been a topic of intense work over the past year or so internally.

I’ve spoken about looking at more novel and more potent warheads publicly in the past, so that's not a secret. We've also recently updated the website and spoken just now in the presentation about how we see the shape of that pipeline developing with precision targeted cytotoxins, - like AVA6000, precision plus, - where the warhead could be an immune modulator for example, and precision antibody or Affimer drug conjugates.

Doxorubicin's not a particularly potent warhead.

AVA6000 - the reason we chose that was because it was the most advanced program in tufts university when we licensed the precision platform.

So it made a lot of sense to get that molecule, into the clinic and get human proof of concept as quickly as possible which we have now done.

So now that that's very clearly demonstrated, the simple answer is yes, we are working on more potent warheads and more novel drug modalities, and we're going to share the detail of that pipeline which to say again is a key value driver. We'll share that as soon as we've gathered enough data and got our IP filings in place.

I'm assuming the last line refers to these two patents, but possibly also other patents .

The review of MM's piece is food for thought on the subject of when Avacta and it's considerable IP pile is taken out.

We haven't seen the result of SB's labours yet (Appointed 19 December 2023), but IMO we will see serial agreements this quarter and next.
