I am using Investing.com Avacta daily candlestick charts for this year BV, and can see open and close sp values for the dates stated. Apologies if not accurate enough.

I think they were shorting Avacta before 2023, but having been out in 2023, we do not see prior years exposure listed.

GSA has been shorting Avacta consistently to a lesser or greater extent throughout.

FWIW - Thermo Fisher's results reported as flat this quarter, - a diagnostics titan.

Diagnostics not pointing to a rosy short term future for now.

I have no reason to believe management are in a hurry to sell Dx.

However, I think CC wants to keep to a timetable (as she does with product development), new CFO soonest etc, and quite possibly Dx sold.

IF that is so, we may not see the most value returned when money changes hands on sale of Dx, but it will mean more money in the bank sooner rather than later.

So IMO Dx sale before Christmas.

We'll see.

Reading Breakthrough designation earlier today.

The drug company must request a Breakthrough Therapy designation.

With FDA comments as reported, I'm sure guidance for any application is available if necessary.

FDA may have even suggested it, - agree with your last line.

A new life-time limit would surely be necessary for those given AVA6000 after certification, as the Doxorubicin only limit would no longer be appropriate.

Still waiting for a video sooner or later.

Bella, Avacta's presence on NASDAQ might be a big milestone.

IMO the companies that the new CFO has previously worked will be a large clue to the companies most likely to be working with Avacta in future.

I would not go as far though as to say that the new CFO will be his previous companies man, (in the same way as Novartis / Pfizer previously employed CC).

That sort of tie up might be reserved for when the new CFO is announced by a company which is facing big challenges, or is in financial difficulty.

BP won't allow that prospect of a market disrupting technology to remain the property of Small Pharma for long.

Any bidder will have to meet the BOD valuation for the company and much more, to receive an offer recommendation.

That valuation will include all IP, including those items still in process of registration.

Lots of R&D activity requiring IP registration has come to pass recently.

If I were a board member, I would wish to see one offer spark many more, because a whole new preCISION drug delivery platform, more targeted and cheaper than ADC is the prize not just AVA6K.

CC / SC / SB must feel they are - to a greater and greater extent, treading on eggs.

I'm sure CC wants to be open with shareholders, but all she and SC need right now is to know what will constitute an acceptable offer, and not have to deal with fending off inferior offers.
