I have gone through the original AGM presentation as found on Dropbox.

I found it annoying that the transcript did not always reflect the words stated by CC, and found I was distracted by spelling mistakes and incorrect wording. CC mentions Udai Banerji, which is transcripted incorrectly etc.

I have identified the slide being discussed and placed a reference to it before CC discussed it.

I have colour coded the text so that I could tell at a glance which subject CC was discussing.

If it helps others make more sense of the valuable information CC imparted, that's great, but this is just my replacement of unacceptable transcript text. Please disregard if this is not the case.

The Q/A session remains unchanged, as does the AGM voting text.

Apologies people, this post was not placed on the AVACTA board in February.

Late March start earliest perhaps. - What a time to join Avacta!

Often it's what CEO's are not saying that is just as important as what they are saying.

In the case of CC's comments at the AGM regarding access to company funding from USA, which is recovering faster than UK, I would assume a US exchange listing would make that easier.

If Avacta were not listed on AIM, I would assume that would make investment easier for all.

I'm unable to comment, - I know nothing of NASDAQ, however -

CC "We have a very new and exciting pipeline coming. I know many of you are waiting patiently, but we have an exciting pipeline coming. It will be a little bit later this year, but that will also require additional funding as we move that into the clinic. The management team and the board are focused on bridging that funding gap as far as we possibly can with non-dilutive capital."

So funds required sooner than later, because the raise in February wasn't for "moving an exciting pipeline into the clinic."

My thoughts are possibly that Darlene's efforts are required in USA to make that happen the cheapest.

Darlene's Linkedin presence announces she's an all rounder, but CC seems clear what experiences are attractive in Darlene's CV. CC Has known Darlene for around six months.

Paul Fry Avacta NED, - Currently Chair of Avacta's Audit Committee - Part time.

"Paul Fry: Deep financial experience.

Paul and I have known each other for quite a bit of time as we were leadership team members together at Immunocore.

He's had multiple CFO experiences, and Paul, together with Darlene, is going to be an absolute financial powerhouse for us."

Plenty of work both sides of the Atlantic for these two, if CC plans a presence for Avacta on a US exchange

Although poster(s) here state that Paul denied he is a candidate for CFO at the the AGM,

from the above, CC see's them working together.

Therefore we could be 'looking' for a CFO for a very long time.

Re speed of AVA6000 cleavage in the presence of FAP.

I have emailed Prof Banerji and will advise any response.

Chart on RHS shows cleavage and some indication of speed of cleavage of a precision modified flouroform.

I hope this provides an indication of the speed of cleavage of AVA6000 in the presence of FAP.
