Starting to think this is too much money for Novacyt to remain independent long now.
1 Clear technological lead in development and speed to market of SNPsig assays, and embedded in Genomic Surveillance activities with world leaders and WHO.
2 US govnt preferring to spend appropriations through US companies.

I therefore expect a build up of SNPsig assays in October/November (or when it looks likely Biden will sign), so cash pile will deplete when cash is converted to a higher stock level of new assays.

Not sure how likely he will be signing in November, as there is always room for deferment and obfuscation, but it's not a democrat versus republican issue, as everyone needs what is being proposed.

It makes sense to me that perhaps the first and best guys to start the team would be the contacts that both guys have accumulated and have most respect for.
That's those in Siemens Healthineers, Cepheid, and Grifols, who are probably familiar with the sales practices and processes that previously succeeded for Guillermo Raimondo and Kevin Crittenton.

There must be a number of products awaiting FDA approval by now, and perhaps the trigger for action will be the FDA approving SNPsig assays. (That news alone would fry shorters in a heartbeat).

Then there would be tricky discussions with US distributors.
I assume North America sales would be priority 1 and South America 2.

There has never been any slacking in the rate of recruitment so far, so I am assuming that sales are good enough to support so many new staff.
If I were Guillermo I would be watching UK recruiting weekly, and negotiating the biggest budget possible for Americas recruitment.

Sorry, - rambling here, but as I say, these arrangements have to be ready to go soon.

I am waiting to see positions being filled in USA, before I can see GM fulfilling his mid-cap status goal, (£1.5 Bil +)

These guys are not the type to be taking it easy before GM makes funds available to build their team, so I am hoping that GM has them preparing to do what they have both done before, and that a time line exists to start USA direct sales.
