ACG has just posted the following:
'ACG Major Anthracite Export Shipment to Europe
The MV Ever Gallant with a 28,000 metric tons cargo of ACG anthracite sailed from Fairless Hills near Philadelphia on 15th November bound for Antwerp. The cargo is destined for a variety of customers in mainland Europe and the UK.'
Very good news! Now ACG, please can we have something on the relisting. Has the application for relist been submitted yet? You did say the application would be submitted before the end of this year!
Good to see them quickly on the ball this time! Looks like things are moving again.
They have also posted a new research note on their website. Will get around to reading it at some stage; no real rush in doing so now!
ACG are now saying on Twitter that relist "now probably Q1 2019". What a total disappointment that is! First they had said late Q3/early Q4. Then they said before end of year. Now this. Hard now to believe anything they say. ACG do you not think us shareholders have waited long enough?
Very good to read the half year figures .......... excellent that we have returned to profit ! Now ACG, when will the relist be ?
We're all waiting for a date to be set for the relist. Previously they said it would be before the end of this year. Come on ACG lets get a move on and give us all some information! We're all waiting!

I see there was another notification made to Companies House on 15 August re an allocation of 20,000,000 shares. Price paid was GBP 100,000 ; so we are still on the 0.5p per share. I'll not start to complain about the further dilution!
I really do hope that during the run up to the relist they give some indication of when a divi will be paid.
Yes unvrkw, the main thing is to get relisted; and ASAP. Hopefully it will be the main market and not aim, as there are a lot more regulations and checks done on companies listed on the main market. Sure we already had them on aim and look what they done to us! This is their chance to prove to us shareholders that they have changed and for the better.
Previously I had thought about just selling all on a relist. However, now that things appear to be going very well, it would be nice too to just be able to recoup my initial investment and then hold onto the rest of the shares to see how things develop. Hopefully we are now finally getting to great times ahead. Keeping fingers and everything else crossed that we will see 1p at relist, on our current holdings; wouldn't complain if it's more though haha.
Thanks Piscio. They had said previously, and in their last Fact Sheet, that they would be relisting on the London Stock Exchange Standard List. I thought that was the main market and not AIM. Can anyone else shine any light on this?
Thanks for posting that Browns99! Does continue to look good, for the relisting to go ahead.
I see ACG still have no date yet for the relisting. They just posted now on Twitter, re the relisting date, ......."Before the end of the year". Well, very good to see its still happening!
I've held shares in a number of companies which have done consolidations and with every single one of them the share price has done very badly and never recovered afterwards. So personally I sincerely hope they don't do any consolidation. At the end of the day the main focus should just be on the total value of the company. Sorry, but that's just me with my experiences.
Definitely would be nice to get a divi too; surely they must now be in a position to consider when one could be paid. Would definetely help the relist if they could give some indication.
Things do appear to be going well with them now and maybe now the shares will be worth holding onto, to see how things develop. Will be very hard knowing what to do. Hopefully around the time of the relist we'll get a lot of new information to help.
So, come on ACG get relisted now when things are going well !
They had previously said they were aiming for late Q3 / early Q4 and then later said it was outside their control. If it's late Q3, they need to be getting their skates on! We are all waiting! ...... And have been for a number of years!
