I see they have stated on Twitter that in 2017 they were the top anthracite producer in USA. "1. Atlantic Carbon Group plc - 1,175,106 tons (35.3%)."
Now can we shareholders have some benefit from this too! Surely that's not too much to ask!
Trading halt on ASX this morning ....... " The Company makes the request pending a significant announcement in relation to the extended well test program at the Horse Hill oil discovery in the United Kingdom"
So no date has been set yet for the relist, but they are still hoping for late Q3 / early Q4. All still looking good and hopefully not long now.
Good to see them confirming that they still intend to relist !
Another post on Twitter by ACG: "ACG SHARES RELIST
Position remains as previously notified ie target is to relist late Q3/Q4 2018. Process, is, however, not totally under control of ACG".
Another post on Twitter yesterday. Let's hope they are gearing us up for the relist. Come on ACG ......when???
There's an update on Twitter re drilling and charging holes for next blast. Come on ACG, what we all really want to know is when the relisting will be ???
Come on ACG, give us a date for the relisting. Couldn't be a better time now to relist !
Come on ACG, give us a date for the relisting. Couldn't be a better time now to relist !
Such a horrible site now; totally confusing and not at all easy to use !
Hopefully this will encourage them to get the relisting done ASAP. Surely they should have a date for the relisting by now.
If anyone is going to the AGM on the 29th, would really appreciate them posting anything interesting that is discussed, especially on the relisting of the shares. Thanks in advance!
Spud, your shares will now be held under the new name, Atlantic Carbon Group. The name change on the shares should have already been done by your broker. The shares I hold with my broker were just automatically changed over, without me having to do anything. You will still hold the same number of shares you had in ATC, just that the name has now changed to ACG. Maybe best for you just to double check with your broker. Also, there won't be any value shown for them in your brokerage account, as they are currently not listed anywhere. However, hopefully if the relisting goes ahead later this year, you will then see a value being assigned to the shares once again.
ACG is now the largest anthracite miner in the USA ! www.atlanticcarbongroup.com/News/docs/ACG%20Fact%20Sheet%20B%20May%202018.pdf Here too they refer to the hope of relisting in late 2018 on the London Stock Exchange, Standard List.
On page 6 of the Annual Report and Financial Statements, they are still making reference to a relist later this year and preferably on the London Stock Exchange.
ACG 2017 Report and Accounts together with Notice of AGM on 29th May now on ACG website. In 2017 record EBITDA of $14.5 million on turnover of $31.5 million. Also, see new ACG Fact Sheet on website. (All in Company News section.)
Also, you can try sending Barney Corrigan, at ACG, an email. He's usually good at replying; though sometimes you may need to do a reminder.
With this current valuation, it looks like we now have 7.02 billion shares in issue. Well that is how it stands at present, but this could change before the relisting (that's if they do go ahead with the relisting). Are we finally getting a bit of light at the end of the tunnel ........ ?
Are we now valued at 0.5p per share??? And will shareholders be able to obtain this full value? Following was posted on Twitter and ACG website today/yesterday : 19th April 2018. New share subscription in Atlantic Carbon Group plc and new Company valuation. On 1st March and 19th April 2018 two separate private funds subscribed to a total of 200,000,000 shares in Atlantic Carbon Group plc (ACG) for a total consideration of 1,000,000 valuing each share at 0.005 (0.5p). This values ACG at 35.1 million (US$ 50.2 million).
Dickies, sorry, I meant to say thanks to you too for the info! Thanks!
