I think its fair to say that 170p bid (if they even existed) is now firmly off the table. So lets not keep banging on about that.
The cash burn at ingenuity is very worrying. Ingenuity head count is massive. I thought it was supposed to be an automation business?
MM and now Allen have no credibility left. Allen bought in June, near the end of H2, he must have known things werent looking good.
Market cap of 500m now, could easily go lower!

If we’re honest with ourselves, the best we can hope for on spectacular results and update is 10 pct move up.
We will run into sellers. JUP haven’t finished. Etc.
We are down 6 pct today.
And then what can we look forward to?
The only possible way out of this is MM taking private. A very long shot at best.

Ocado, sales rose, profitability was down, shares down 10% today. This is my worry that we will see the same here on Thursday.

MM said he'd give up his golden share months ago, he hasnt done so. I am very unimpressed that he hasnt followed through on his pledge, and I am sure the city is equally unimpressed. And of course makes his other pledges questionable.

The sp is telling us that things are not looking good.
The city is leaky and taking private takes a long time to organise.
I fear the worst for next week.

MM stated that taking private was one possible option open to him. He didn’t say he would. Also it was in a GQ magazine interview. I don’t think any thought went into that comment. This BB is pinning our hopes on an off the cuff remark!!! Mind you, what else can we hope for???

It rallied Friday on quite big volume. Down today on v small volume.

You’re probably right when you say years rather than months. This MAY rally to 70p once the market stops going down and things look a bit rosier. But anything higher is out of the question. The bid story is over. THG were looked at and was of no interest to anyone. And that was when easy money was available. MM won’t take private. I think we all got carried away from a GQ interview, in which he probably shooting his mouth without thinking. So we’re all stuck here for the foreseeable.
