Ive been saying that this cant go down much more since 80p.
Today is brutal down another 9%.
The company is either in trouble (thats what it looks like) or ?????
ive lost 4/5ths of my investment, so im not selling, but, lets be honest, it doesnt look good!!!
10 more days like today and we'll all be out of our misery,

Clearly a distressed/forced seller.
At least we now know why sp is so weak today.
Hopefully he’s now finished. Time will tell.

Fresh good news. Not fresh food news.

I suspect that today’s move is down to someone either being a forced seller due to margin calls or someone simply having had enough pain. No buyer. So easily takes the price down 8-9%. Which is only a couple of pence these days. I wouldn’t say some fresh bad news is imminent. You’d expect not after CA has just bought.
The problem is, we need fresh food news to send the shares up. If we’re honest with ourselves, this isn’t happening anytime soon.

With hindsight the 170p bids were clearly bogus, in order to flush out a real bid. One was from Candy, no credibility and a mate of MM. And the other from another MM crony, a board member who kept his seat on the board. This didn’t work. In fairness to MM he saw the direction of travel and tried his best.
Unfortunately, we’re now in a dire position, nursing huge losses. This share won’t get to 50p, never mind £1, anytime soon.
So. What to do? No choice but to hope things improve macro wise. Not looking good.

This stock falls about 1p a day (on good days). So presumably we’ve got about a month left before we’ll be gone!

Not sure why everyone is so keen on the director’s buys reducing the size of the free float.
The smaller the ff the more manipulable the sp. and as we’ve all seen it only ever gets manipulated downwards
Also JUP’s sales have added to the ff. No one mentions that, and that is far far bigger than any director buys.

1. There is clearly no TO. CA would not be allowed to buy shares prior to one.
2. You are delusional if you think that MM or anyone else won’t be able to pick up as many shares as they want for less than £1. Probably 60p.

We should have rallied today after the chairman buy.
But ran into sellers!
Is it JUP still liquidating?

Whilst it’s clearly good news to see another Lord Allen purchase (let’s hope he gets this more right than his last purchase), it also means that there is clearly no corporate activity afoot. This means that our only hope as PIs for a sp recovery is holding out for the long term, and hoping MM knows what he’s doing. This is a long shot at best. But all talk of a TO or selling off of a division must now surely be put to rest!!!

No cash around for a TO anymore. Those days are long gone. Having said that, the price is so low now that not much cash is required now.

I think people have too much faith in Lord Allen.
I think he was put there to appease the city. He’s a respectable figurehead. He is not going to spearhead any changes or tell MM how to run the business in any way at all.
If a strategic review takes place, he won’t be involved.
I wouldn’t hold your breath waiting for one. MM tends to not keep promises he makes to the city.
