The point is, hes been silent throughout!!!!

Moniman, MM may have a low opinion of hedge fund managers, and, consequently not engage with them, or comment on press speculation. But he has a duty to shareholders, he seems to be disregarding them too. And he certainly shouldnt lie or make blind promises. As for Lord Allen, hes very busy doing nothing!!
Probably winding down now for xmas (xmas 2023!!!!)

I would like to add my voice to those saying
A. This is a non story, for whatever reason, lazy journalism, run out of things to say, etc.
B. Lord Allen has done very little/nothing to earn his 400k. I have been saying for a while now.
C. MM said he'd give up the the golden share. He hasn't, he's letting it expire. This too, I have been saying for a while. But it is disgraceful behaviour. He has publicly lied to shareholders, II's, the press, etc. He should at very least apologise and explain his actions.
However, I am hoping that 2023 will be a better year, despite the management!

Massive bear squeeze over the last week.
Continuing today. The rise getting steeper as the days go on. And no sellers emerging, and the bears getting more desperate, and eventually becoming forced buyers.
It is only a matter of time before we see the identical pattern in THG.
Probably more extreme due the the small free float and the fact that the sellers were taken out by “safe hands”.
My advice would be to hold on and not get tempted.
I bought more today.

Shorts are starting to close, long way to go. Or an rns is about to drop (THG is historically leaky)

MM did say last year that he would cancel the GS. He has since not acted on this. One of the reasons that the City dislikes him. At the last analyst call, after the results, he said that the GS would naturally expire (I think October 23).
So, as I say, time is running out.

I think one reason for the disconnect is the golden share. It’s not a level playing field at mo.

I think the chairman is a waste of space.
He’s on a great cushy number. Basically adds respectability to the co until THG come good. I’m hoping it will. And 400k pa is cheap for MM to keep running his company as he sees fit.
CA isn’t daft. He knows enough to double up and buy shares cheaply. But don’t expect much else from him.
