13:19 - think G_G_G is talking about the exsiting licenses for gas delivery which I believe end in mid-2027, this pricing however is not covering the Central Block and any gas that may be produced there TXP will be able to negotiate price anew and this as others have commented is likely to be 2-3x the currently contracted price but all will become clearer once the CB deal is completed...

08:23 - have to say I think this is poor legwork on the part of CTL to have such confidence and yet not really have a deep understanding of the actual process and true detailed requirements makes me think they allowed their surety to get in the way of hard work here. Hopefully their appeal will be heard, as long as they connect with the right people in the Chilean Government this time :-)
