10:39 - don't believe someone who invests in 75M shares of Touchstone is going to want just sell in weakness, they were told the CB deal would be game changing by PB, they don't need the cash right now, they will wait and want to start selling into strength and start to get their mony back over time and if as promised the CB is game changing that might take a year or so :-)

11:32 - I think the consolidation led to a decision point for some investors, those who just decided to cut and move on led to the 13% decline, this is just normal trading, while it maybe as you believe a trend that will continue, there is also the possibility that some of the long shots the company is firing at may come good, at this point my view is let it ride (others view will of course vary) :-)
