10:01 - the GSPA is in place to show the intentions of the AGDC to accept and PANR to deliver the gas at $1, the GSA will be signed I would suggest once PANR have an actual proven supply of gas they can offer to AGDC, so this will likely not happen until Dubhe-1 flow testing is confirmed

09:39 - well I think there is 100% to the agreement, no one else has or has offered gas to AGDC at $1, this benefits both parties completely it is a great deal, AGDC get cheap gas for Alaska and PANR has to reinject less (at a cost) and actually makes some money back on what would otherwise have been costs, win win (if we got gas at Dubhe ofc)

16:07 - well that depends on your timeframe, there is an announced drill scheduled for the end of FY25 or early FY26, many here have said this is unlikely to happen as the company funding this has been less than reliable when it comes to stumping up the cash, they have delivered but rarely on time. The othere element is another company call Pantheon has an adjacent plot and they are drilling the Dubhe-1 well over the next month or 2, if this proves up the resource then that could get someone interested in 88E's current lease for development but don't hold yer breath :-)
