Well I would say mainly the contingent resource, I think there is very little for Megrez-1, the gas potential and certainly not the prospective Helium (which also relies on the gas potential of course) should the current tests deliver then I can see this moving towards £1, all the future potential will come when we get to FID and beyond...

... well while the tests are running, people have the chance for self doubt, they think what if the results are poor, I should sell and buy back lower, it's a gamble and a dangerous game but time will tell what is the right call here, least they have all their money or some of it on the sidelines will be their view :-)

While some have questioned Burgundy and their business acumen, they do not seem to be any small time concern, the RNS notes;

Needs must I suppose, so in production they we only get a small percentage of the potential proceeds but 88E will not have had fund it themselve...

Interestingly today off the back of the Burgundy payment (sorry if this hurts too much Scot) but the broker Cavendish just issued a note on 88E with the following;

Target price 1.1p

now maybe this is smoke and mirrors but they are a professional organisation and I am sure they model their Price Targets but obviously this is on the back of successful farm in and then exploration wells becoming production wells, but the possibility is there for me :-)

Think the action we have seen the last few days with early morning sells followed by afternoon buys, is just natural while we wait for results, pretty much a rotating door for the share price, those wanting to realise their profits matched with those that thought 65p would be long gone by now and are happy to get in, in a year 65p will see like a dream price :-)

07:28 - well while an up 20% day would be lovely think the Burgundy money at least this one is already priced in, we will have to have for later in the year (see RNS below) for the serious money, with this in hand 88E is once again able to fund exisiting leases and potential future exploration in Alaska and possibly Namibia, we just have to sit back and let the money come (obviously there is no guarantees but Burgundy have been good for their word (if a little late sometimes) so far...

09:02 - well when I listened to the video live, I took away that while PANR is yet to get the approval for us to retained Helium revenues Max thought this was something he could negotiate, I take it there will need to be a sharing agreement between Alaska and PANR in terms of percentage and I would expect Alaska to receive a significant minority of the revenues as with more exploration, extractions and commercialisation agreements between producers and state entities around the world...

08:21 - believe today was the deadline for the Chilean goverment body to announce the results but obviously that will be at some point Chilean time, that is if they are on time of course :-)

19:29 - well 2 things jumped out at me, no mention of CleanTecah Lithium (CTL) and also in the 'Comparing lithium extraction methods' they said that DLE was slower this is totally out of date vs the current technology which is much faster than evaporation which is states takes 12-18 months, implying DLE is slower therefore, laughable...
