13:36 - totally raise concerns and air views but nothing wrong with getting push back, was in no way trying to put you down, sorry if it came across that way but was just sharing that like all of us you can be wrong and that is fine. I think the PANR 5 year chart is what I would expect for an O&G explorer, now they are moving from explorer towards products I would still expect ups and downs but I think they have a nice multibagger in them. In terms of CTL it is clear that all the professional investors believe this can do great things, as I think we will see with the recent broker and retail offer being oversubscribed, the news flow in the next 3-6 months I think will be solid and the ASX listing is likely to be a re-rate scenario but then I am a long term investor and do believ in what I invest in :-)

12:32 - but it's exactly the sort of thing that happens when there is a vacuum of news, not sure how long we will have to wait but I think March will show some real news then we can all discuss things based on fact rather than wishes GLTA

14:45 - think all are being honest here, so not sure what that means. The company have said their expect to have CEOL, PFS and ASX news in the coming few months. They have also said that based on contingent resource and stage of development CTL are at there are companies on the ASX with values 3-4 times our current SP, I am taking it that for legal reasons they are being honest with us shareholders, so I believe the de-risking you are looking for is close to happening but agree it aint happened yet, hence why this cracking (admittedly risky if you don't believe in the companies investing here) share price is availble to us all :-)

It is possibe they didn't fill the whole £2M allocation on the Retail Offer front and because of the unusual nature of the offer and retail unfamiliarty with such things just wanted to make sure a) to fill it and b) all who did their due diligence had the chance to get it in time (while brokers and the like may have cash on the sidelines retail guys may need more time to liquidate and transfer cash)... :-)

Well for me anyway the Retail Offer has a benefit in that I am currently invested in other stocks so the offer of the 1:1 matching warrants at 11p between 1 to 4 years time offers a lot of benefits in terms of when I invest further funds and also de-risks this, if I don't want to take up the Retail Offer sure I can buy double on the open market right now if I had the spare cash but I would also be going all in on my risk, so swings and roundabouts and calls have to be made, GLTA

23:34 - if Brom is like most of us 88E holders then the answer would be a lot and no :-) For me this is a wildcard and I have scaled my holding down to match that, if the facts change in the coming 9-12 months I will review and may diver more funds...

09:55 - not sure anyone can time things perfectly but this will move back again up past your buy soon enough, a stream of good news is getting out there and more will come, check it next Friday and sure you will be very happy :-)

Cheaper for people with some knowledge to buy more, happy days, if all you worry about is daily movement you are going to age very fast on AIM, it is the trend that counts and this stock is going up and to the right :-)

New RNS this morning, just announce extension of Broker and Retail Offer until they close 5:00pm on 7 March 2025...

Believe offer will complete and be issue around 20th March 2025...

10:27 - Well Dawesa, the new CEO taking over from Jay is a seasoned O&G production guy, taking over from Jay who was a seasoned O&G exploration guy, so that is perfect timing especially with the US listing coming up.

The announcement of funding thru the Bonds route is great for shareholders as it means no dilution and at 5% is a very decent rate with the option to clear it earlier should funds allow, so that is a big overhang that shorts were relying on removed from the field of play...

Both this things are amazing ahead of the Megrez-1 results should allow this to soar should we have the results we all expect from this mammoth O&G field :-)

10:00 - Tony while Jay will hand over his role to Max, as I understand it he is not leaving and certainly his role as an advisor would be of great value to the company but he has been hand holding Pantheon for over 17 years now and I am sure he will want to operationally hand over to someone new and with all the energy this new move to full production stage will require :-)

08:35 - agree, we should all be able to invest the way we want and not feel under pressure to do anything we don't want, there is a difference between being convinced something would be the right move and pressured into doing some, the difference is communication of the benefits and patience nothing else is needed :-)

A great move to get ready for the US Listing, particularly liked this quote from Max the new CEO;

“I look forward to transitioning the company to development and production of these resources at pace for the benefit of both our shareholders, and the State of Alaska."
