Doesn't sounds like we will get updated production guidance until the next earnings release in March, back to sleep all holders :-)

05:19 - lapse of rights is not fraud, it just means the contract remains unfulfilled, however time will tell which way this falls :-)

Well a PT of 0.12p is certainly giving some upside, time will tell how the markets view this an analyst note is one thing, shareholders buying into the news as we know on AIM is quite another thing, GLTA

Believe existing gas under contract would need to be renegotiated (so TXP would have to make a very strong case to change that early but is possible) but new gas as in that from CB has the potential to be at 3-4 times the current price, so bodes well (no pun intended) for the future…

14:44 - as I understand it while the process of dual listing in the US on top of the LSE bears some resemblance to an IPO it is quite different as I understand it the dual listing in itself is not a fund raising mechanism however the company may decide to fund raise once the dual listing is in place certainly if there is a high level of interest and the stock is substantiall higher after the listing as fund raise would be substantially less dilutive for all, I believe would be the case :-)

13:33 - so the original plan for Pantheon has always been re-injection of the gas back into the structures they extract it from on the basis there was no commercial way to ship it, so this will be the case until the proposed pipeline is in place. Obviously once the pipeline is in place the volume of gas needing re-injection will be reduction but the facility will still need to be in place in case of excess or pipeline maintenance as flaring is not allowed during production in Alaska as I understand it.

As has been pointed out a lot depends on this payment, if Burgundy default that will put 88E in a very poor position for future commitments, in previous rounds they have come good but there are no guarantees til the moneys in the bank, keeping the faith here...

13:38 - well at cost of production of $30 per barrel (previously suggested) and oil at around $70, that is $40 per barrel so with 100,000bbls/d that would be $4M per day or $1.46B per year, hopefully my maths on top of Sailplanes works...

Obviously a boatload of CAPEX before we get to production at that level but food for thought :-)

13:01 - agreed, appreciate the perspective and knowledge, a year is not long to wait to double your holding at a great price :-)

So after reading Munnies clear view I thought, I am long here, why don't I just sell down my holding take the Public Offering, yes I will get a 6.6% hit but after 12 months I will have the ability (but not requirement) to purchase the same number of warrants in CTL for only 11p per share, so effectively double my holding at 30% below the market price today.

So with that in mind I did it, why wouldn't you, the instuctions below at 08:32 are clear and for me AJ Bell dealing team were quick and easy :-) GLTA

11:09 - so Munnie does that mean with the warrants you are effective doubling your shares owned after they become available after 1 year?

08:49 - obviously you wouldn't have the 11p warrants as part of an open market buy but for me, the £100 fee is likely just a limit on those wanting small amounts, open market to be honest is super cheap right now at 15p with none of the hassle...

14:06 - I know this was in London and therefore not ideal for Australia time but it feels like we may not be seeing the newly appointed CEO until after the finalisation of the ASX listing, feels a little weird they only mention him when questioned but maybe that's just me :-)

10:06 - believe someone worked out the net effect of the place was a share price of arround 14.9p so think the stock is just finding that level, have to see if it falls further, during the conference call the company was clear big news coming in the next 1-3 months, just a question of how patient you are after so long and with the price falling so low...

18:07 - great post thanks for the clear summary, it is a shame the company couldn't make this clearer in their announcement and also the total lack of offering for existing at a loss shareholders is a bit of a slap in the face, I expect to ask them about this (as I am sure others will at 19:30 investor meeting :-(
