I think another poster had already explained to you why Starlink is not and will never be capable of replacing traditional coms in any way shape or form. The technology is very limited in terms of bandwidth. And yet you keep reposting the same garbage.

In general I do not think it is a good idea to litter our orbit with 12000 or more satellites. All this space debris will sooner or later clash and collide with actually important space infrastructure.

It could also be that markets will be pleasantly surprised by the budget and the FTSE heading higher.
