I think the opportunity here is that this is dropping much closer to its NAV excluding Russian assets. Those need to be discounted for now because their recovery is now beyond uncertain.

Theoretically this should trade at a discount to NAV, so going below 53p is not impossible.

Also the 50p you say is held on dividends in the s account is wrong it's about half that.

With those assets maybe unrecoverable, you have to assume that worst case 53p is true value, and most trust trade at a discount to NAV! So based on this the current sp of ca 206p is totally cookoo. I have also seen the poster here saying it could be up to 700p (with the russian assets) but the math's doesn't seem to add up.
