How can people say this is not a good deal. Its premium to the current share price. That by itself makes it better than what we currently have.

Either take the profit on offer, or be stuck at 120p like we have been. I know what I will vote for.

Not really for the board to worry about the SP.

If you look over 5 plus years BP has outperformed Shell, through recently Shell has been a better performer than BP for example.

I get it, you are frustrated the SP is not going your way, but I am not sure the board is to blame.

In my experience unfortunately the SP always drops to the issue price, and most times below, no matter how small the raise is.

Compare FTSE to Dax and I think you will find Germany is faring quite well compared to the UK.
