Can you tell us all what happens with your short spread bet in the instance of a rights issue ? MMM not good. With a market cap of �123 million a rights issue wouldn't really be sufficient here issuing some bonds would be a much more appropriate way of repaying some debt. IMHO

Nohearts, I don't think anyone has said this will be a multi bagger or that this will climb back to �20 anytime soon know I certainly haven't. You however have called this an " utterly scummy company" and now you've just said you don't trust the management yet your still willing to put your hard earned in at less �6.50 now if thats not a deramp aimed at worrying people into selling at a loss I don't know what is. Analysts predictions in the Guardian I'm sure know exactly whats going to happen and are always ahead of the market. They should probably tell the funds who just took 10% of the shares that they shouldn't have bothered. If only they read the Guardian.

I also note the price comparison site who wrote about shorting dignity and how he was taking our market share is quite seriously loss making !

Have a look at the annual report on dignity's website its a good read. it says its invested like this Core growth Equities 22 % Growth fixed income Property funds and alternative and emerging investments market debt 40 % Could be quite lucrative in itself and balances out the �523 million of debt somewhat

Essex, Keep an eye on the shorts if they continue to close that might be the best sign of whats most likely to happen.
