I think he did Ok on PMO and made a little bit here too ( which is odd as he keeps calling us a dog ) but most spectacularly he managed to make nothing on Rockhopper despite it rising 100% so sharp trading instincts or calling it right I think not ! Its good that he is still posting drivel here as it means he wants back in.

The market has taken it well so far.. I expect a drop after 4.30 probably to $77.95 area then could recover back to $80 on any news. Hope the update tomorrow is good.

Matrix, Yes of course you are right my fault I'm looking at too many things at once. What are your calculations for Kraken total production in April ?

Matrix, Thanks for that however in the full year results Enquest said " Kraken gross production has averaged around 38,000 Bopd in the first two months of 2018" So I am hoping for a significant improvement. Also average realised oil price in 2016 was $63 enabling $196.1 million gross profit in 2017 realised oil price of only $52.2 enabling only $65.7 million gross profit. Average realised oil price for 2018 so far has to be around $66-$70.

Anyone got any predictions on the total production numbers likely for the upcoming trading update ?

Just sayin peeps before you buy into Wolf have a look at the balance sheet and cumulative losses ( of 3 times market cap ) and shareholder value decimation from well over 20p down to 2.5p now 3.8p to buy..scary stuff.

Just for some perspective Premier Oils market cap has increased by �319 Million in just the last month alone. Thats almost double our current market cap. Premier now with a market cap of �933 million and an Enterprise Value of �2.8 Billion I believe this must strengthen any future investment case for Sealion and Rockhopper.

epiphany121, Although your observations are correct I respectfully disagree. Enquest will close at 45p ish tomorrow hydra will sell and make �660 to add to his not insubstantial �30 profit today. Next week however we should see the 50s here I think. Did you loose much on Rockhopper yesterday hydraides ?

Bulent74, Thanks for the tip re Wolf minerals, can you tell us how a company can make a $74M loss on only $25M of revenue or better yet the year before loosing $68M on just $8M of revenue.. that really is quite spectacular and now I want to invest !!

Still an amazing sell price for today Lisa, you must have a good broker or be skillful. So at least thats a positive. All the best in your future investing. Read a lot, learn a lot then buy companies like Fevertree, Amazon, Netflix, and Google five years ago !
