Chae you certainly don’t have enough information to describe GST as shoddy. In my opinion MKS have been shoddy and GST just a victim of MKS behaviour. If MKS were aware of problems with audit they would be legally obliged to declare in the RNS.

A re-rating would depend on the results. We are invested in a company operating in 3 growth sectors. I foresee great results when published with $7-10m revenue and fantastic growth going forward.

Yes Kat we are a tiny company BUT that is the point for investors in small mcaps. I am investing to make life changing money not trading to make a living. It may not work out, that’s why I have some investments in safer stock.

I have copied this quote from GST about arbitration on linked-in, they have written non-complete again.

‘We have issued an arbitration notice to the sellers of Semnet Pte. Ltd. for breaches of non-complete undertakings and employee obligations under the agreement. GST will follow the arbitration process; updates to follow as appropriate.’ Would they get spelling wrong twice?

Thanks Lee, as I hoped, it may be you being pessimistic. I will remain optimistic as longer than 4 weeks doesn’t really fit with ‘substantially complete’ RNA.

Hi Lee, earlier today you thought 1-3 months to lift suspension. After reply from Tim today has your 1-3 month view changed?

I ask, as my reading of the suspension RNA, and Audit being substantially complete led me to believe 1-3 weeks suspension.

Kat are you aware of the irony of ‘amazed people wasting time’ writing views on here, when that’s what you are doing!!

Secondly I am not ‘bragging’ about being bullish I have done some maths and guesstimating, which lead me to my bullish conclusion.

Thirdly my average is 0.75p and I am relaxed about that, indeed I added before suspension.

Please just state your views without criticizing others.

Kong in the result of retail offer 9/7/25 they said they had $4.2m and they raised $2.6m in placing and retail offer. So they have $6.8m plus or minus any profit or loss of cash flow April-June.

A very healthy position, after buying and integrating Bake, I am sure you will agree.

I really hope when results are published and suspension lifted we jump straight to 2 or 3p! I am getting more bullish like Lloyd et al not less like Zag Kat and dog.

Well I think under 4 weeks and you think over 4 week, but calling my opinion a fantasy is just crass. I think Semnet arbitration is not the reason for delay. I will choose to believe the reasons given in the RNS, 31/7.

We all know who the fantasist is doggy, the man with the highly paid job, who then spends nearly all day on this board from January to July 2025!!

Hi Novice, surely the share price will depend on the results and accompanying statement. We might well open around 0.7-1p but we might open at 3p if results are better than expected.

We await the results.

Oh dear Rick, you should have been buying yesterday not selling the week before. Everything will be revealed after we get the results.

I agree Ray 1-2 weeks suspension. Yesterday was big opportunity to add, as far as I am concerned. I will re-evaluate my holding after results, but I think revenue will be approaching $10m. Fingers crossed.
