Kat, I think the 3.5p peak was a reasonable price at the time as GST announced they had bought Bake with their own funds. Hence the speculation, did we pay $5m or $10m for Bake out of GS20 or Angra profits. Then Raise killed that thought!!

We may see comprehensive update next week before the accounts, if new auditor has not completed his work yet.

Only a comprehensive update or the results will shut up Novice and Nicky. I am confident results will show revenue greater than $6m.

Kat, I agree the accounts will decide share price. 2p immediately on relist and 5p after December accounts is my guesstimate.

Greater than $6m revenue seems a given to me.

Trainee chef, $4.2m cash end of March and $2.7m raised for new bitcoin treasury 7/3, so we have approximately $7m and and we are cash generating (see last accounts) so not a chance this is going bust.

I don’t think these figures are reliable, we haven’t ever turned over 42million!!

Kat I wasn’t mesmerised by the 9 fold increase. I am more interested in which part of the business is growing rapidly. I would love to know how various parts of business are performing. I suspect 9 fold growth was mainly due to GS20 and hope Semnet figures will be added to revenue in March 25 accounts we are waiting for.

But if anyone has other information that would be great to know. I am excited to find out.

Our most recent accounts for the 6 months ending 30/9/24 showed a 9 fold increase in revenue. Does anyone have any clarification or rumour where the increase is coming from, out of gs20, AngraFX, or Semnet.

We changed treasury policy after our year end, surely MKS could have completed 2025 audit, then resigned. I would be angry with MKS if I was a director of GST.

MKS have confirmed that there are no circumstances connected with them ceasing to hold office as the Company's auditor which they consider should be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors. They have confirmed that the Company's consolidated financial statements for FY25 are in good and proper order, and are fit for review and finalisation by RPGCC, with whom MKS will cooperate with to ensure a smooth handover of the audit work done so far. The Company is working closely with RPGCC to ensure that the Company's audited report and accounts for FY25 is published as soon as possible and will request a restoration of its listing once published.

Results will be published and share price will rise within a month.

I am annoyed with our previous auditors. The took over our established auditors with plenty of time until end of July to complete audit. Then they resign mid August, they are incredibly unprofessional. The should have reviewed upcoming audits as soon as they took over.
