In all shares maximising your returns is down to timing. I am holding many different shares mostly for retirement.

GST is a buy myself a Bugatti, change my life, investment. Could 10 bag or 100 bag or stay around 1p. I am in until Christmas 2026 at least.

I think most big sellers may be out at this level. Opportunistic and wise buyers come in and we see a rise today.

Kat I severely doubt our conspiracy theory is the reason for the rise but we will never know if Lloyd’s theory, directly led to 12m buys from 3.00 today

Aim I would be very disappointed if no news within 6 weeks but I think you should hold until interim’s if no news is forthcoming. I would hate to see you sell out 3 days before a MiCA licence and Arbitration success RNA!!

BoD won’t be selling below 10p as most of them paid 2p. They talked about £1 I think.

They are not ‘happy’ to see share price down here. I think they are just busy trying to make business successful. Knowing share price will rise quickly with good news.

We will just have to be very patient. 😩

The share price is very low, assets are over $8m, plus $6m in cash ($4.2m + placing). The accounts look bad because costs and licences brought forward and revenues are not all included from Bake and Semnet.

Act now before all the news on our trading, new licences, arbitration, Bake accounts are disclosed.

Or you can just complain on this board ;)

Lloyd, I will be invested until December at least. I want to see some accounts that make sense! Like you said, they may be getting rid of the weaker PI’s .

This board is much more civilised once trading is finished, all the trolls disappear.

Kat, When Wellesley sold his shares (that was a big clue the next 6 months would not be great).I should have sold all mine! Then bought back in this week. ;)

Kat, the truth is we don’t know where we are. 5p is possible in December but so is 0.5p. Myself and many others are still optimistic, that is not cheerleading. Time will tell, if I am right about GST.

Results: Assets are up over $3m, cash was at $4.2 even though we bought Bake, paid Semnet $0.4m Nasdaq cost and lost $2.3m! We are very undervalued. Good times are coming

Aim, I agree results were very disappointing, trumpeted as 90% rise, actually a massive fall from interim’s. How much was by design though? Costs of buying Bake, licenses purchased, were in results, but revenue not.

I believe Bake and Semnet were extremely good buys and we just need to be patient. I won’t be selling until I know more, December interim’s at the earliest.

Chaebol, many things I expect/hope will happen before the December interims.

Semnet arbitration finish, we get more profit, then an update on Semnet and listing going ahead.

Bake GS20 update on significant revenue increase.

MiCA licence granted.

Bitcoin treasury update, we have bought another 20, indicating we have plenty of cash available.

Plenty of RNA possible before interim’s.

Sunny, GS fintech results for the year, showing revenue less than H1 do not add up. There should be an explanation of what has gone on.

In December interims our revenue for H1 2025 $2.2m, and we are nearly breaking even and Tone says we have significant growth in Angra and GS20 and everything is great.

Roll forward 6 months and accounts H2 25 we turnover $0.7m and lose over $2m.

Now I know this is not the whole truth otherwise we wouldn’t have $4.2m at the end of March after buying Cake & Bake integrating the same and $400k Semnet listing cost and losing $2m.

But I do think we deserve a greater explanation of what is going on than ‘not all revenue has been reported’

Hopefully more details soon.

Nucky you need to be patient, higher revenue is already ‘Baked’ in and building a company takes time. The share price will be much higher once licenses are granted, or real revenues are published, or Semnet is sorted.

Your earlier quote today is very frustrating and complete rubbish.
