Hi Lee, Shareholders Frustration with share price might be why we get no news until they have something very substantial such as MiCA, Arbitration finished or a Baker trading update. As a little good news maybe treated as a chance to exit by some and just a spike is generated.

Better to wait for something very substantial to really affect mcap.

Zag last year I bought heavily in August at 0.55-0.69p and sold 20% in January so 500% increases is no pipe dream it has already happened. You just need to be a better at investing.

A lot of doubt has crept in! Then Sparky posting a fever dream. The only information you should believe is in a RNS. We will have to wait for something substantial to happen or the interim’s. If this is not good enough for you? You need to sell and move on. Never invest in a company you don’t believe in.

Thanks Sparky, I would love to know what happened to Revenue between H1 $2.2m and H2 $0.7m so which revenues (Tone mentioned) went unreported in full accounts, Bake? Semnet? GS20? I understand figures cannot be given.

It makes me smile every time we get comments like, Bake is distressed purchase or it’s rubbish. If it had been doing well, we couldn’t have afforded it. Semnet and Bake were excellent purchases. Just have to be patient as BoD are working hard to make themselves and us big money.

I don’t think any Revenue from Bake was included as Tone even stated ‘not all revenues were included’

Also revenue dropped from around $2.2m in H1 to $0.7m in H2. Either unexplained massive drop in revenue or GS20 and Bake not included after 1/1/25 (due to integration?)

‘Increase in transaction volumes’ doesn’t marry with the massive drop in revenue from H1 to H2 in accounts.

My explanation, GS20 revenue was combined with Bake for tax reasons, so not included in accounts. Anyone with other theories about accounts as 70% revenue drop H1 to H2 does not make sense.
