I hope results are released tomorrow morning, I am impatient, waiting for some good news.

Lee GS20, Angra, Semnet and now Bake. Each pillar on its own is worth our mcap. The share price so low makes me worry a little, otherwise I would be completely confident for these results.

Has anyone heard any rumors how much we paid for Cake, it was purchased from our own cash so less than $3 is all I can guess. Speculation is welcome. I am hoping for $2.5m. As the more we paid the better having $4.2m at end of March is.

Buying now is comparable with buying at 0.56p in August 2024. It will prove to be a bargain, I have sold Hama yesterday and today to add another 1m of GST this morning.

Hi Billy I hope you right, x5 would be $11m for second half. I have been using 0.1% (conservative estimate) for commissions as we try to grab business.

Lee and Lloyd, so many assumptions to make to, to do any back calculation for Revenue. how much did we pay for Bake, was meta purchase before end of March, how much was integration cost. Are Semnet and any Bake figures in these accounts.

However one thing in particular makes me optimistic. That is publication of Cash position at end of March in RNS. For what it’s worth my full year Revenue estimate is $9m.

I really hope we get as much information as possible about different pillars.

Hi Lee you are expecting x2 revenue growth and I am expecting x3 revenue growth from the interim results. But I bet you would prefer me to be right. :-)

Arthur your post at 19.07 today is a huge and sudden change from Friday.

I hope this is a permanent positive attitude switch!!

GST previous 6 months accounts to September 24. We broke even but we started that 6 month period loosing 200k a month (extrapolating from previous 6 months March 24). Hence, I think profit was being made in October 24, (200k monthly is my guess) Extrapolating revenue in the same way I come to $7m for the 6 months (ending March 25) or $9m for the year.

I of course realize that accounts/revenue are not that simple.

However, consider this we bought Cake/Bake ($2m?) with our own funds. We paid Semnet, down payment on list $0.4m we paid for Meta and integration from $3.2m raise. Then we ended 6 months with $1.3m more cash than we started.

My belief is GST is doing very well but we shall see hopefully on Wednesday.
