Given you have only been here 12 months it is understandable that you wouldn’t know that we have consistently pushed back target production dates, delayed construction (it’s currently stopped!!) and failed (thus far) this second stage finance.
my advice for any current or prospective investor is focus on first poly. Once there figure next steps.
Have you any idea at all of the time, cost, resource required to get to 20mtpa.... I suspect not. If you had you’d reign it in.

Any halo investor will want to reap the benefit of the inevitable rerate that will accompany conclusion of the 1st stage of the 2 stage finance. Fanciful then think current SH’s will 10 bag anytime soon.
Folk are deluded to even be contemplating £2 SP and 20mtpa.
My take is there is value here (3.5p) for almost any deal which keeps current SH’s
